Avoid at all cost! I can not and do not believe all the good review, I’m calling them bull_​_​_​_​!! Or just phony reviews. I took my daughter here to buy her first car and told them I really wanted something reliable and safe for her they had there mechanic check out the car she picked out and we were told it was in great shape, okay so that’s great…, next they knew how much she had down and told us by phone that $ 2,000 down for this car was fine, but when we get there it’s $ 2,500 down and the payments were higher then told too. She bought the car and 4 weeks after having it the whole front suspension failed, now 4 months in the tranny is going out. They are selling Lemons!!! I have bought a lot of used cars from used car dealerships through out my life, and I have never seen so many problems in such a short amount of time with any car, they should be ashamed of themselves selling a young woman her first car in the shape this car was in.

«Thanks Harold and your brilliant crew!» My wife and I had been trying to get finance for a car. We have moved to the U.S.A. from Ireland a year ago. The «mainstream» dealerships told us they could not finance us because we hadn’t established enough credit yet in America. Found RockStar Cars on the Internet and called into see them. Restored my faith in humankind. What a fantastic experience! We were treated like family from the minute we walked through the door! When I explained our situation to Harold, he went out of his way to make things happen, loaned us a car for a week arranged the finance for the Nissan Pathfinder we chose. Great car, happy with the price. 5 Stars all round for the Rockstars!!!

Talk about the Most Down to Earth Owner who Actually takes the time to Care! Had a situation with my ride and short on cash… I took an Über to the lot, Talked to the owner told him my issue and he took the extra time to work out a deal that we both won on! He even set me up with a loaner until the car I got came in!!! Best Place to Buy a Used Car in 50 miles! Guaranteed!

Family owned business with Rockstar professionalism! After a near-​death accident I was finally at a place where I could find a car. Referred by family after a horrible experience with a «big dealership» I decided to go with my husband. When you walk in the lobby you feel like you’re entering a music studio, except the showroom reminds you where you are. Along the walls are posters and décor of American iconic musicians including Johnny Cash from almost every era. Manny the head of Detail Department greeted us and my husband and him started talking about basketball (he’s 6’7) and I strolled the showroom. After 15 minutes of chatting it up they made there way over to a car I stopped in front of. I drove 3 cars, and there was no pressure. We got to meet the owner Harold, who has a picture of him and his beautiful wife backstage with Sammy Hagar. My husband and I were treated as family members. Harold’s son (who’s 19 going on 30) went over our finance paperwork, thoroughly and explained every cost and nothing was hidden and easy to understand. No haggle, no hustling by far the best buying experience! I wish they sold houses!

Though I had the vehicle inspected at Dr. Will’s and Kahuna’s Auto Repair prior to the purchase, and was given the «green light» for the vehicles condition, I waited to post a review in order to be sure that the vehicle would turn out to be as good as I was told. 3 months later, not a single problem to speak of. With the assistance of Harold and his staff, the transaction went flawlessly and I feel confident in saying that I purchase the correct used car from the correct used car company… Rock Star Used Cars of Temecula!

I’ve been buying cars since 1977. Bought hundreds over my lifetime, from LA, Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties. I have NEVER bought a car from a more reputable, honest, knowledgeable sincere dealership as I did through Rock Star Used Cars of Temecula.
Years ago, I promised myself I would NEVER buy a new car again, losing thousands the second I drove it off the lot made no sense to me at all and always left me with a bad feeling the next day. So when I buy, I want someone who understands what I’m all about, and Rock Star (with their talented sales staff) understood EXACTLY what I meant. Their selection is unparalleled and the deals are their for the taking.
I bought my 2006 Mercedes Benz E-​350 through them and they helped me obtain the best possible deal, even with some questionable credit, they fought for EXCELLENT financing.
Nice to know a family owned business who «gets and understands» MY needs, and places it above their own. Imagine that, a company who provides you with what you need NOT what they want you to buy? Unheard of these days.

Financed a vehicle there over a year ago, less than a year with the vehicle and began experiencing major repair issues. Because of my challenged credit, I sank every red cent into the downpayment. I seriously question their Christian pitch when they are selling vehicles that have not been inspected. The best the do is cleaning the auction vehicles they buy. I’m so disappointed and majorly set back. This was supposed to help me reestablish my credit, now I’m worse off.
