Mike and Emma in the service department are both are so helpful, Kia is lucky to have them working for them

The only reason i gave them 3 stars is because of Josh the sales manager. Our slaes man was Lio and he didnt have any knowledge of the Kia Optima. Then when we went in to figure out numbers Lio asked for help from Damian. Damian was so rude not only to us but to the person he was talking to on the phone. As he was hanging up the phone with the person he called the man an idiot. It was sad. He has no people skills at all. Luckily Josh heard him start to raise his voice at my husband when we didnt like the numbers he gave us so he came over. Long story short. Stay away from Damian all together and Lio if you want a Optima. Once again Josh was amazing.

Emma’s has excellent customer service skills, very helpful and knowledgable! I am truly grateful for her help today and the rest of the staff! Keep up the excellent work!

Oil change woos and waiting. NOT AT DCH KIA OF TEMECULA. Drop car, got my Starbucks coffee in lobby, caught shuttle to Macy’s. Had my shopping list ready and sped through it at Macy’s while my tires were rotated, oil changed and car washed. Fabulous. (free oil change, I might add). So much better than sitting in wait room. Customer service is the service departments top priority. Great, accommodating folks. THANK YOU DCH KIA OF TEMECULA

My wife and I went to kia to purchase a new car for her, ended up with a 2016 Sorento for her and a 07 Audi for me. Jesse Guerrero was so kool to work with when it came down to good deals, he wasn’t uptight like at other dealers and made us feel comfortable the whole time we were there. Bill Snyder from finance department was also kool to work with, while we were taking care of paper work with him, we were rockin to Metallica the whole time, how often do you do that at a dealership? I highly recommend Jesse G. and Bill S to anybody that wants to purchase a new car. I know I’ll be seeing them soon when I take my sister to purchase a new car from them. This place is our one and only stop to purchase our cars from. Thank you guys and good job.

Corey Miller and Blagio Sansone were amazing help! Corey helped me pick out my car and even after getting everything situated he continued to give me his full attention and time. We went over my car inside and out and he made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything before I left Kia. Blagio was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and extremely quick to get everything we needed. He also gave us his full undivided attention and helped up with everything we could ask for! 5 out of 5 experience, absolutely nothing to complain about!

Purchased a 2010 Hyundai Tucson from Donald and we are ecstatic. We traded in our old Jeep and DCH Kia matched the offer we got from CarMax, saving us the hassle and a few hours time. Oil changes for the life of the car too, can’t beat that! Thank you Donald and Bill!

This is the 3^rd car I have purchased from this team. From Emma in service to Chris in sales, everyone is wonderful. I brought my car in for an oil change today and decided to look at used cars for my 16 yr old son. I had my 10 month old baby girl with me. They were all super great, playing with her and entertaining her, offering me water, an umbrella to view car as it was pouring today, etc.
I ended up getting my son a 2013 Kia Forte, a great deal!

Donald is extremely professional, down to earth and the epitome of what customer service should be. From the first time we met to the last moment of driving off the lot with the new car, he made us feel like family.

I purchased a 02 Honda Accord from Cory Miller in internet sales and he was great! The lot was clean and the salesmen were all great! Awesome waiting room — get yourself a freshly made coffee from their Starbucks machine!

Vadim (Dave) was amazing!!! We purchased a Kia last Saturday. We were getting ready to walk away until Dave approched us. He was very informative and kind. He catered our purchasing experience to our needs. I felt comfortable and the process was easy! His manager was a little rude to him –which was unfortunate. Dave stayed professional and I was impressed by how he handled the rudeness. The manager was super nice to us — so it was confusing. I hope he reads this so he can be just as nice to Dave. The guy that handled the financial stuff was super nice too! He made the process quick and easy. my coworker bought a car from here last year and that’s why I came here too. From the moment I walked onto the lot my intention was to test drive, but in my mind I knew I needed and wanted a new vehicle for my business. Ashley approached me as I was seeking info on the soul. Ashley invited me for a test drive she answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle but also very kind. (their philosophy at Kia is «family» no pressure sales). I must say from the moment I stepped foot on this lot she and everyone that I had dealings with were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and I truly believe they care about their new family members… me!

I’m not from around here but I needed a recall done on my car before I leave out of town again so I called a few Kia dealerships most sent me to voicemail till I got to Kia in Temecula. My dad raved about their customer service so I reached out to their service department to see if they could help. Let me just say Emma was such a pleasure to speak to! She warned me they were busy but if I could leave the car all day she would get to it. When I got there to drop off the car she was smiling and friendly. She took all of my info and told me she’d call me when it was ready to be picked up. I just had to Unilocal her because for me customer service means everything. She could have been mean because I was totally inconveniencing her schedule but instead she was pleasant and polite! Great job Emma & Thank you!

I bought my 2012 Optima in June. I took it to the service a few weeks later for an inspection as I didn’t buy it a KIA Dealer. I was greeted by Emma. She was extremely friendly. When it was time to pick up my car she explained that my car had a warranty issue and would cost a few hundred dollars to repair. The previous owners has done a faulty repair and I was unaware when I purchased the car. I was very frustrated but she explained everything to me and as my husband was very ill I told her it would be a while before I could get it repaired. My husband ended up passing away during this time and when I called to make the repair appointment I got Emma again and I made the appointment and was explaining why there was a delay in repairing this. She was very sympathetic to my situation and told me she would call me back with the appointment time as my car would have to be there all day. I got a call back from her a few hours later and she said the dealer was going to take care of me and bring the car in later in the week. I was blown away that the dealer cared enough to do that. My husband was a Disabled Vet and Emma said it was the least they could do for someone who served our country.
I have been in there a few times since and every time Emma and her staff have been very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have a friend who lives in Barstow and because of the service I received from Emma in the Service Department, she is going to come here to Temecula and buy her Optima from DCH Kia.
When its time for a new car I will be at this dealership and will be recommending this place to more friends and family.

Ok, I haven’t even made it in the door and I am disappointed. I called to make a srvice appointment and the first girl that answered the phone didn’t wait for me to tell her what I wanted, just wanted to pass me on. Not a greatest first impression. The service department was helpful, until I started asking questions about my warranty and getting back to my house. They too just wanted to pass me on before finishing making my appointment. What kind of customer service is that? I can understand if that isn’t your job, but finish what you are doing then pass me on.
My appointment is for next week and I am already dreading it. I’m wondering how long I’m going to have to wait for the shuttle back to my house. Not like I can wait all day for my car to be looked at and/​or fixed. I do have things to do. Ugh…

I haven’t yet dealt with their service or sales department but their parts department is SOO hard to get ahold of some times!
My parts guys have such a hard time getting ahold of someone, that I’ll have to actually drive the car over to see about getting a quote for parts on my used cars.
Once I’m there, the guys have been pretty friendly and helpful… I guess it probably just washes out

I had a pretty good experience here tonight. The staff was very professional and courteous. I worked with Alex Delgado and he was able to get me a great deal on a used Kia Rio. I haven’t had to get a car in quite sometime and Alex made it a painless affair. He was very knowledgeable overall and was able to answer all of my questions. I would conduct business with him again in a heartbeat! I recommend stopping by here on your next vehicle purchase.
