Very good experience. Was lucky to have such skilled guys spot the problem on my truck in time. Never going back to the other guys for their poor service and neglect. Clean waiting area. I took in my car today to Precision to have it checked out for a squeaking noise coming from the rear of the car and to do an alignment. I was concerned I was going to have to put in new struts or have to probably spend an arm and a leg in repair cost. I had been here before for an alignment and had a good experience. I read all the reviews and decided to give them a try once more. I am glad I brought the car here, Scott took off the strut that was making the noise and found a bracket that was suppose to be taken off during the original installation of the strut. Scott bolted the old strut back into the car, which he said were still in good condition and finished my alignment. (The struts were not installed by Precision Alignment) That metal bracket were making my strut squeak, I could of easily been out a couple hundred dollars in repair cost. There’s shops in town that probably wouldn’t of taken the time to diagnose the problem and would of recommended I purchase new struts. Thanks Scott for your honesty it is very much appreciated! I will recommend Precision Alignment to my friends and family. Precision Alignment you have my business in the future.

Was recommended by a friend to come here and was not disappointed at all. Scott and his son Chris were a pleasure to talk too and did a great alignment :) Very happy and will definitely be coming back!

Very surprised to see a crook get so many good reviews. Needed 14 piece suspension swapped out on my car. Bought the parts on eBay to save on the end cost and Scott quoted me $ 800 for labor. During the 3 days it was in the shop Scott requested me to get a $ 700 brand new part from the dealership that’s was needed to complete the job. After it was all said and done I get the car back and instead of the brand new parts I gave him to put on the car its almost as if he took the old ones off and reconditioned them and put them back on the car. There’s mad hints of rust they in no way look like the parts I had purchased and inspected from eBay and the $ 700 part had been sanded down so it could not be identified or verifiable from where it had originated. At the end he charged me $ 1200 for the labor. The same day I called him and let him know that the car would shake over 65mph. Overtime it has gotten worse to the point of where I’m going straight and it feels like I have rubber legs and any dip I hit I desperately have to maneuver to make sure that I don’t crash. Good news was is that when I initially reported the shaking Scott used his expertise to blame that it was the tread on the tires that was causing the shaking and that I just simply needed to get my tires rotated to remedy the issue. Total b.s. After an inspection performed by my official dealership it was found that the bolt that secured the lower control arm to the chassis didn’t even have a nut on it and was about ¾ of an in from slipping all the way out. Will currently have this shop inspected by auto business bureau, for mistake like this is definite negligence and if the bolt had slipped out would have, not could have, caused severe or fatal injuries to the driver and passengers and all others around the vehicle. Also found a couple of other odd items with my car like how the air bag light turned on after the vehicle was returned to me.

Long Story Short, Professional, Fast, Fair Priced and Good Customer Service. For the same service at another Chain Mechanic they were going to charge me close to $ 700.00.
For Almost 200 less, I got faster service, witty banter and better feeling then at other places.
If they can do it, I will take both of my cars to them from here on out. Well done Gents, will see you again for the next PM issues.

150 724– today received a call from Scott about an earlier review I posted. Told him my issues, he requested that I come back first chance I get, so he may personally make it right. As soon as I take it back in, I’ll add or make corrections to this review. Sounds promising.
150 801– took my vehicle to Scott in for realignment. I am impressed by his great communication with his customers. I’ve been to an overwhelming amount of alignment places and Scott’s Precision Alaignment is going to be where I take all my vehicles, and refer all my friends and family to from now on, I’m finally getting my vehicles on point. Lovin it!

Recommended by a local rv shop. They did not disappoint. Good time line for appointment, shop is clean. The job was finished before it was due AND only charged one half of stated cost (which I would’nt have noticed). I would highly recommend this shop. I have a 38 ft diesel and was well taken care of. Precision alignment is always done a fantastic job with my limousine. The car was always ready when they said it was going to be ready and best of all I got to see the old parts removed and replaced. They do all my maintenance. I take all my vehicles here. I highly recommend precision alignment and brake.

SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS especially if the cost is good. Excellent service, clean shop — even the bathroom was squeaky clean. Service performed was alignment on a Factory Five Racing Shelby Cobra Replica — considered either a race car, show car, or both. I drove all the way from Chino for the service and it was worth every penny and every mile!

Took my Van in this morning for a 4 wheel alignment. Great business, service was excellent! I have no doubt I can trust them to do honest work. I highly recommend this business!

Just brought my new Pro Street Mercury Caliente in for a safety check, Scott found a couple of issues and one that could have resulted in a more serious problem, rear brakes were being compromised by the axles leaking…
They found that no axle seals were installed and fixed the problem, again was really surprised when I got the bill… very reasonable and no BS… if you have a hot rod and have any suspension issues DONT TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE…
This is a family run business with the highest level of workmanship and integrity…
