In fact, since we opened our doors in January of 2009, we have serviced over 10,000 cars, and We are ASE Master Certified, AAA certified, Star Certified, and Brake and Lamp Certified. I am Eric Particelli, and I am the owner operator of Eric’s Precision Autoworks. I am a 3rd generation, ASE certified master technician, licensed California Smog Inspector, Certified Diesel Specialist and I have 20 years of automotive experience. I have lived in Fallbrook for over 22 years, and plan to retire here. My wife is a Fallbrook native, and we have two children in Fallbrook Schools.

Eric’s Precision Autoworks is an Approved Auto Repair Station for AAA, and is a member of the Certified Auto Repair program, which means most all repairs performed here are backed with a nationwide warranty! We are a one stop shop, with services ranging from tires and brakes, to oil changes, maintenance, smog inspections, even engine and transmission replacements!

An honest garage. We had a Volvo blow a differential far from home, and they were great to deal with under difficult circumstances. They could have milked us for an expensive repair, but told us that we would be better off junking the car, which is what we decided to do. Friendly, professional, and even charitable. The best car repair experience we have had in many years. I wish that they weren’t located so far away from where we live.

Ok. So here’s the deal. I know nothing about cars and how they work. We went to go see what was wrong with our carriage and while so many other auto shops would try to hose us, Eric was kind and caring and super attentive. He explained that we needed more work to our car than anticipated and did not come across as pushy or demanding (imagine that!!!) we plan to go back to fix the car soon but I was just impressed by the fact that not once did he make us feel dumb or speak to us negatively which is the norm at auto shops. The shop itself is beautiful and completely not what I expected. Because then again, this is Fallbrook. Everything here is extra amazing.

Gave me some sound advice concerning my truck, which had had its smog equipment severely messed with by the dealership which had sold it to me.
This shop also did an oil change for me… no problems there.
Had a couple of issues, but discussed these and reached an agreement.

I was on my way to a job today and was 25 miles from home when my car lost power on the freeway. AAA towed me to Eric’s and immediately talk to Eric. I start to feel better about how my day is turning awful when my phone rings. My dog ran away and I’m stuck far from home and can’t do anything about it.
Eric gets me fixed QUICKLY and for less money than I had expected based on what the trusty old internet was telling me to expect. He even went so far as to tell me what to expect AND even suggested a quality shop closer to my home to help.
I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience.

Got my vehicle fixed there which was tough because it was a ‘glitchy’ intermittent problem. Figured it out and got it fixed, though, for a fair and reasonable price.
there were a couple of hiccups along the way, but I talked to Eric about them and we worked them out.
I would recommend the shop and say that if you have any concerns during the repair, don’t be afraid to talk to Eric about them. He is open-​minded and reasonable.

Eric and his team are standup guys. We have been taking our cars here for a few years and they always do a great job. I had an issue with my car and Eric said it was still under warranty (even though the work was done when it was my mother-​in-​laws car a few years ago!). He makes time for everyone and the guy cares so much about his customers — he just recently took his first vacation because he wants to make sure he is there for his customers. My husband’s truck broke down in Fallbrook & AAA towed it to Eric’s. We were a little concerned because we knew nothing about this place except that it was AAA rated. It looked really nice, new & super clean.
We ended up needing a new alternator & battery. After getting prices from the two places, we were pleasantly surprised. Very Good Prices! So we also got an oil change & front brakes done.
Eric was very knowledgable… We felt very comfortable… Super affordable prices… Very good service… We will definitely be using Eric’s in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks Eric!

Eric is always so friendly and extremely helpful. I took an old car in and instead of trying to milk me for all my money told me what to do instead. He was great and the service is always top notch from his team. Pricing is super affordable and I am happy to recommend him and his team to anyone. The alternator of my 2012 Dodge Challenger went out on a Friday afternoon and I had to have it towed to my house. The next day, I was told the part was under warranty so I had it towed to the dealership in Temecula. After a week long of drama with the Dodge dealership with them saying they made a mistake and the part wasn’t covered, they wanted to charge me $ 1100 to replace the alternator and battery. There was no way I was spending that much money so I called Eric’s Precision and they said they could replace my alternator the next day for $ 700. With no help from Dodge again, I had to call AAA the next morning and have my car towed from Temecula to Fallbrook. I was able to pick up my car at 5pm the same day. They’re life savers!

A friend took a car she was interested in buying for a pre-​sale inspection. It looked great and the price was good, we just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything serious.
OMG was she glad she did. It started life on the east coast, so there was some corrosion caused by salt. But it had been in what must have been a bad accident. There were signs of very extensive repairs and there was a question about whether the alignment was correct, one tire was badly worn.
She didn’t get a Carfax report, but I doubt this was reported. It seemed as though the seller was trying to cover it up. Eric said that even if the price was only 40% of Blue Book she’d probably regret buying it.
Looks like my friend really dodged a bullet. Eric was quick efficient and the price was lower than the other places she contacted.
