New Prices are totally over priced. Coming from Core Power Carlsbad and Yoga Six in Solana Beach at $ 99 auto pay this is Temecula I didn’t except the price to be $ 129 per month. I tried my first free week and really enjoyed being able to get back into yoga. But unfortunately the prices are a bit steep with only one studio room. Again coming from studios with 3 studio rooms which means more class times and classes to choose from. Hopefully the owner will realize that there prices are to much for the classes/times it’s not worth it.

I’ve lived in the area for about a year and a half and have tried every yoga place from Corona to Fallbrook. Coming from a very strong yoga program for over 5yrs I thought I would never find something in the Temecula Valley and became discouraged. I heard about this place from a yoga instructor who tried the place out and referred me… A FULLFREEWEEKOFCLASSES! Even though its a 25min drive to and from my house it is totally worth it!!! I am so glad I found this place and if you like your yoga hot this is the place for you!

«Hot Yoga Healthy You» is an awesome place to practice yoga! I have taken Hot Power Fusion, Yoga Sculpt, and Vinyasa Flow and all the instructors are fantastic. I always leave class feeling nourished in mind, body, and spirit. The owner, Kathie, has created this beautiful space for our Yoga community!

My husband, daughter(age 14) and I all tried Hot Yoga for the first time on New Year’s Eve and we went back for our second class today. This place is WONDERFUL! It is so clean and cute inside and all of the staff and instructors are so welcoming! We were definitely nervous to try hot yoga, but we are so glad we did. We will become regulars here!

I never been really into hot yoga, but this studio made me change my mind. I am hooked! The staff and owner Kathy are super nice, and all the teachers are great. This is not your typical big gym business. It is the mom and pops feel, family owned people who truly care about their clients kind of business. I love it. The classes are great, enough variety of hard and easily classes and early morning or late evenings as well. Me and my husband are very pleased we found our spot! :)

Went to my first hot yoga class, and it was definitely a great experience. The staff make you feel welcome, and they don’t make you feel like an idiot if you don’t know the different poses, or can’t touch your head to your feet. Overall, great experience and and since the first week is free, you have nothing to lose.

My first class of yoga here ! I loved it. Meagan is an awesome instructor and she’s very sweet. I took the v2 vinyasa even though I’m a beginner and it was at a good pace! They have many other classes to attend. Some include weights which is a nice switch up! Try it out! You get your first week for free

I absolutely LOVE this place! I am so happy to have a hot yoga studio in Temecula. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging, and I always feel great knowing I did something good for my body. If you currently practicing yoga or interested in starting, give HYHY a try — you will not be disappointed. New students get a week free so you have nothing to lose :) My favorite class is Hot Power Fusion with Danika, but really they are all wonderful. See you there!
