We have a gorgeous view, welcoming staff, incredible teachers, and students filled with smiles. Our hearts are focused on providing yoga and wellness to all people, providing a spiritually uplifting environment, and classes to meet the needs of our community. New students and tight bodies are welcome! Let us introduce you to the therapeutic and powerful benefits of this mind-body-spirit harmonizing practice. Are you a seasoned practitioner? We offer a permission-based teaching space that encourages self-care, freedom, and support. There are classes for everyone: Gentle, Slow Flow & Restore, Yin Yoga & Meditation (great also for pregnant students), Yoga of the Heart, Yoga Unraveled, and Soul Mantra Flow. There are stronger classes, our very own Cloud Nine Flow balances strengthening with stretching with a warmer room and faster pace. We also have specialty classes such as Tai Chi, Kundalini, and Restorative Yoga. Our charitable work includes Warriors for Healing (Yoga class for Veterans, caregivers, and families) and Yoga for 12 Step Recovery. See our schedule and register online at cloudnineyoga.com

Meet the Business Owner

Erika Faith C.

Business Owner

I teach what I love to practice: slow, deep, fluid, and sweet. I engage my students with playful yoga sequences that potently produce a meditative atmosphere for inquiry and inner awareness. Using specific breathing techniques with internal visualizations and vocal affirmation, practitioners often find themselves releasing deeply. Creating a safe, sacred and supportive space, I guide my classes with radiant poetry and rhythmic music. My goal is to offer a true journey into the heart of being human.

My teaching techniques include using healing touch, partner work, mindful adjustments, aromatherapy and universal spiritual concepts to empower each person to open themselves. There is an ecstatic quality to how I teach; in that, every practitioner is offered choices and the encouragement to tune into their own needs. Poses are used as medicine for the body — as templates to work from — rather than conform to.
