Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

I have used their services twice. They are courteous, reasonably priced and work quickly. I am completely satisfied with their work and will see them for all my future jewelry and watch repairs!

Best place in the temecula valley brought in my rolexs watches all in separate ocations, got them tune up and steam up looking like new, always bring in the wife jewels this place is the spot in and out like how its supposed to be thanks.

I’ve been to this Fast Fix location several times for various repairs and have always been really satisfied with their work and customer service. They are always friendly and courteous and have reasonable prices, along with doing repairs quickly. There are barely any jewelry stores in town, I did go to a well known one nearby to do a small repair on a sterling silver ring once. They said they wouldn’t repair a silver ring unless I paid $ 30 extra for insurance, because they aren’t good quality and could break. I didn’t appreciate that and was glad to find Fast Fix soonafter. Today when I went there the jeweler cleaned a badly tarnished antique silver bracelet so it looks like new, and didn’t even charge me. Nice people — no need to go anywhere else.

Update: The owner read my review and contacted me. I went back into the store and she solved all the issues from before. I’m happy to say I’m satisfied with her service and care. Thank you!

Best place to go in Temecula (they also have a new location in San Diego at the mall)! They are so friendly, helpful, prompt and professional. While I was waiting in the shop to get an item fixed, so many people would come in and it was great to see how well they treated all of them. It’s obvious that so many people keep coming back here because they’re happy with the service. Top notch business!

BEWARE!!! I went in 2 weekends ago and got a quote for resizing my ring. Lady was very nice, quoted me $ 45 and wrote on a business card. I go back today and this very unhappy woman quotes me $ 75 for the same ring! I tell her she’s ridiculous, show her the card and she tells me I can return in an hour when the boss is there and show him, but she won’t help me. Her name is Sara and if you plan on visiting, request anyone else. Someone needs to teach this woman customer service. My presence in the store today was a complete inconvenience to her and if this company wants to continue to be in business, I’d recommend firing this woman and getting someone helpful and attentive. Sara find a job not customer facing. Awful experience!

Miguel was very helpful and very quick. I definitely recommend bringing any watch here.

Update. I had an issue with damage with my watch while at this shop the owner Yadira called and resolved the issue immediately once we talked. Very nice to deal with. I will go back now that i know DOES care about ME as. A CUSTOMER. Thank you Yadira!

Went to fast fix in Murrietta to get ring sized. was told 180.00. dollars. Went to old town jewelers in old town temecula did it in 2hrs. for 35. dollars. perfect job. what a rip off fast fix is.

Help!!! Where to go when you need a Garmin Nuvi 255W to be replaced? You go to Fast Fix! After purchasing the battery at Battery Plus where they were unable to replace the battery, I called Fast Fix to see if they had tools to get the bolts out and they said they could look at it and see. I came in and was greeted by Amanda and go had given fast service and was very attentive to my family and my needs. She allowed me use her tools and assisted me on replacing the battery. I know it’s a watch shop but they are also able to replace GPS batteries. Highly recommend it and very pleased with the service.

Great. Went in to fix a broken chain $ 16 and they said it would be 20 – 30 minutes… they were done in about 15.
Not sure about how fair the price was because I don’t regularly break my chains. Glad to be able to wear my favorite cross again now that it’s chain is fixed.

Tony the owner is very helpful and patient, he did a great job making a custom ring. Ask for him if you need a ring made. Also Alberto is great too, excellent at fixing jewelry. And quick. This FastFix has Excellent customer service. Two thumbs up! So now I have a one of a kind ring that was my design. I’m so happy I’m came here. Thanks Tony! Keep up the good job!

I am super happy with Fast Fix. The temple part of my prescription sunglasses broke off at the hinge. After several optical stores told me they couldn’t be repaired, I called Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair and they told me it sounded like a repair they could do onsite. My glasses were repaired by the next afternoon. They also put on a new nose pad on my regular glasses. Thank you so much for providing such fast, friendly service!

This location is under new ownership. I had a terrible repair done by previous owners. The new owners honored my receipt and repaired the gold prongs and gave me a new gorgeous opal. They are kind, honest and service oriented. All this @ no cost to me!!! Give them a try, they are awesome. Jean J.

After waiting 20 minutes to be helped and 1.5 hours for the repair, my ring was still not totally fixed. The girl told me «no one is perfect» and I could wait two hours for them to fix it (again) or leave the ring overnight. Ummm… Neither. They tried to hold my ring as collateral until I could come back. Also not happening. They are not fast and do not fix. Stay away!

Super happy with this place. They fixed a pair of my glasses that my kids had ripped the arm off of and also my husbands watches. They do great work at an affordable price. Thank you!!!

I have been here before for engraving services, and I have always been happy with the quality and price… Usually (depending on the item) I walk out spending anywhere from $ 10-​$ 20 for a few words… I went in to get a men’s ring engraved, and the lady told it it would be anywhere from $ 45-​$ 60 FOR 2 WORDS. 10 LETTERS. ON A MENS RING.
I thought maybe she misunderstood me, and I kept repeating ‘Mens ring, right?” and apparently I heard correctly.
I tried explaining to her that I have brought in items to be engraved before, and I have also purchased items from there to be engraved, and never cost me nearly as much as that. She didn’t care one bit.
Well, FastFix just lost a loyal customer. That price is a pure scam.

Great experience! Me and my wife were at the Temecula Mall looking to get her two rings resized. We went to about four different jewelry stores to get quotes before going to Fast-​Fix. Thier quote was $ 10 less than the lowest quote from the other stores. Sometimes this is not necessarily a good thing (you get what you pay for). Fast-​Fix also said they could finish within an hour… while we shop. The other stores promised anywhere from five days to two weeks because they have to send them out for repair.
Well, we stayed there for the whole hour and watched the work on my wife’s rings as well as another ring that the gentleman was working on prior to ours. They have a window that allows customers to see all the work being done… very honest in my opinion.
When the rings were finished, and they were in the allotted hour, they looked amazing. Friendly staff, amazing craftsmanship, and outstanding value. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT… Which leads me to my confusion of some of the other not so good reviews on here. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend and return to this Fast-​Fix location.
