Bought two donuts since we were there. Nasty and old tasting. Not only was it stale, it absorbed non food odors. First time EVER, I threw a donut in the trash. There is NO way those are made daily. It’s more like a store front where they buy donuts and stick them in a glass case for you. They also charge $ 1.75 per donut. DONOTEVERGOTOTHISPLACE!

Expensive and gross. The donuts were the weirdest tasting donuts I’ve ever had and the place was plain nasty inside. Do not go here. You’re better off with grocery store donuts. Yuck.

Good donuts, so glad they’re open 24 hours and the people are lovely. It’s not the most polished shop, but the donuts are good and that’s what matters.

Do not go here! This is the worst Donut Shop ever! The customer service is horrible, they don’t have a debt or credit card machine. And there store is gross there is mice poop or rat poop on the floor. The places looks like it hasn’t been clean in years. Also the donuts are horrible, I bought a dozen and threw all of them away!

Closest donut shop to my townhome. Went and they don’t accept debit or credit cards… Do you hate business? It’s 2016, get it together!

My maple twist was dry and inedible, took a couple of bites and threw the rest in the garbage. What was I thinking to cheat on Hemet Donuts? Shame on me, never again.

No public restroom. That was why we stopped. Bought apple fritter and glazed cruller donuts. Both were bland, starchy tasting. Few apples in fritter. Coffee was ‘alright’ per hubby. I don’t like to give poor reviews to small family owned businesses but this donut store is way below even being average.

Not a great experience! Donut holes were greasy, Bavarian cream was just ok, store was a cluttered mess, oh and there was an ANT in my daughters donut. The woman working said it was a sprinkle… Ya… Sure! I was so annoyed that I walked out without exchanging the donut or asking for my pennies back. We will not return! WalMart bakery has better service and tasting donuts than this place.

What a bad experience today! We got 2 ham and cheese croissants and donuts unfortunately these people will still sell you even if its old!!! my son got sick and threw up in my car. We usually get something there but this time. They failed on my expectation. I called them right away but We are on our way to my Doctor’s appt in Riverside and we are running late. The Vietnamese lady that answer the phone told me to return the croissants but I told her how can I return the croissants my 11 yr old son threw up all that nasty old croissants they sold me. If I don’t have my medical out of Temecula I will be back there in a heartbeat! I had to explain to her that my car got messed up and had to stop just to clean my son and my car. Anyway! Just beware! They will sell anything they have on their display counter whether its a week old or a month old. Very bad customer service too That woman doesn’t care at all! She said I can only get my refund if i return the croissants I said. «you want me to bring you back the nasty threw up» that’s freaking stupid and my blood pressure went up to the ceiling!!! Anyway! JUSTWATCHOUTCHECK for the old donut or croissants they are selling! And yes! They are also overpriced!

We love it here! Simple donuts and coffee. If you want a barista, music, ourdoor seating, fruit cups and USB ports, go to Starbucks a mile down the street. Go early before 12 while donuts are fresh and enjoy!

Over priced stale doughnuts. Bad customer service. Dirty facility. What more can I say, I only stopped by because its the closest doughnut place by the freeway I couldve gone to before work.

Well this donut shop is the closest to my house. We walked in and the place is boiling hot and absolutely filthy and disgusting. There were soiled rags on the floor and counter. They had very limited options for donuts which was also a turn off but the deal breaker for me was the woman had dirty, peeling, crusted hands and didn’t wear gloves to serve donuts. It was really overpriced. Ill drive to the donut shop next to target next time. I’m so grossed out

This place is the only donut shop near my house so I decided to get some donuts before going to work. Walked in was greeted by this old woman who looked liked she had just woken up. I don’t want to write an essay here since its only a donut shop so I’ll get to the point and make it short. CASHONLY!!! Very few selections. Donuts do not look fresh? That’s because they are not. Little more expensive than other donut shops.

Puffiest doughnuts on earth. The lady has always been kind to me. The filled doughnuts are round like a ball they are so soft an puffy. I’ve never seen doughnuts this puffy. The store is messy and looses a star due lack of cleanliness.

I dont really agree with all the reviews saying that the employees here are rude, every time I have been here they are fine. Not overly nice, but not rude. The donuts are a little pricey and the quality is really hit and miss. Sometimes the donuts are soft and great and other times they taste like sourdough with a glaze on them. All in all this place is good if you just want a donut. Don’t expect artisan donuts that seem like someone really cares about them. In the end these are bread that is fried and some sugary top thrown on them.
