I don’t go to stores to make friends, but as far as customer service goes this location stinks. I have been here several times in my many years as a temecula resident and have never seen a smile or a friendly greeting from any of the staff who have worked there. Too many other choices in the area now that I can go to.

I come to this 711 whenever I’m in town because they don’t charge to use their atm and you can get cash back. They don’t have a gas station but there are a few in the area so you don’t have to worry about that. Just about every time I come in here there is someone different and most are pretty friendly and I never had a problem with them. What I really like about 711 is that they have their own brand of snacks and stuff which is a lot cheaper then the name brand. Tons of people come here for the coffee which I heard is pretty good for the price so you may want to stay away from this place in the morning. Overall this 711 is cool to me and I will continue being a customer here.

Pretty friendly and kept neat and clean. The area with sammy’s and salads is really small. At the very least I saw that the hot goods were out. I just came in here to grab some rockstars because they make it so cheap and easy to indulge in my hobbies of drinking energy drinks and trying to guess how long the pizza has been out…

The staff was very friendly.
At first the employees were staring us down, looking like we were going to lift something from them. But once they saw us approach the counter with our items, they were very friendly.
We didn’t know the area, so they were very nice about giving us a description, and telling us about the weather etc. You can tell this is a family owned franchise, and that they want to protect their assets against shop-​lifters. But all in all, they had family values and were very polite!
