History

Established in 1971.

The business was started in the early 1972 right after Dennis Grimes graduated fromn the Real Estate College in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dennis has been an active broker involved in many aspects of marketing many types of real estates from ranches, farms, shopping centers, apartment buildings and many different types and sizes of homes from a condo for the kids and family to large custom homes on the beach from San Diego to L.A. county.

As a full-​time realtor for 40 years, I’ve seen the real estate market move up and down through various cycles. Each cycle has their own style and I’ve learned adjust with each. During this time I’ve also been a recruiter and trainer and I bring my years of experience to the table in negotiating the best deal for you as either a buyer or seller.
