Best For Less Tire

Had been a pretty loyal customer bringing all of the families cars here. After an ordinary oil change+rotation the wheel lock key has gone missing. I understand mistakes happen and that this would be the mechanics responsibility. Visited to discuss and see if they had it sitting to the side, showed no effort/​concern whatsoever and now it’s being replaced out of my pocket. Not a huge expense but a hassle absolutely.

I have too give this company 5 stars !!! I brought my newly lifted long arm Jeep Grand Cherokee here to help me with a 4 wheel alignment. They went far and beyond to help me out. And as I sat in the waiting they were always keeping me up to what was going on!!! Will definitely refer this company and will be back in the future

No one likes waiting!!!
First time here, we waited almost 3 hours for 2 tires and a wheel alignment. The story I got was that they were having problems aligning the car before mine. Truth be told, the car was just sitting there with no one working on it. We left, with no alignment, just 2 tires in 3 hours.
Today, been here since 7:45 for 2 more tires, and a second chance for this alignment. It’s 9:35. The tires got changed but, the car still waiting for someone to get on the alignment. I saw my car get put on the rack almost 30 mins ago. Again, no one on it.
Getting a little pissed off now. I got the fear to say anything because I don’t want them to mess up my truck. After this, I will never come here again!
Only reason for 2 stars is because the tires are cheap and Paul on the front desk is a nice guy!

Another great experience at BFL! I love their honesty and great pricing. They only treat me right. Recently they neglected to do something simple that caused a little problem. They corrected it and showed me what happened without trying to blame anything or anyone else. They might be busy at times but have patience as this is the place to go. #sayNOtocrazydealermarkups

I needed my Wheel Bearings fixed, BADLY. Along with an Oil Change & an Alignment. I got quotes from a couple other places first & they were all twice as expensive. They also were planning on putting cheap parts from China on there & didn’t mention anything about my Struts which turns out, also needed to be done. Best For Less Tire was the best priced, the most trustworthy & were very thorough in checking everything that needed to be done. (W/​o making up things that «needed» to be done!) When I need my breaks done in the future & anything else they do, I will for sure be taking them all my business!

I purchased a set of tires from a few months ago. Today I went to take my wheels off to change my brakes, and the lug nuts were sooooo tight. I could not take them off with a breaker bar (even with a pipe on the handle to extend it) I had to get out my impact wrench to take every nut off.

Rich and his crew were great! I was referred to them through the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. They not only helped me pick the right rims for my car but they had them in the next day. Rich also was sweet enough to give me a ride up the road while my car was being worked on! I will be back, and highly recommend these tire pros!

This is the only tire shop you need to head to. They’ve been in business for over 20 years, the service writers are friendly, they have a great waiting room with a big screen and they are competitive with their prices.
They also do alignments, oil changes, flushes, brakes, and a lot more. I’ve recommended several friends that have all had great experiences and now are loyal customers. They really are Best for Less

I have been going to Best for Less Tires in Temecula for many years. They have cared about me as a customer. Their prices are the best and their customer service is outstanding. They’ve kept me from overpaying for work that needed to be done multiple times. I am a loyal customer who recommends them!

Took a second try to get my alignment right but they nailed it the second time. The wait was pretty long so make sure you make an appointment.

Everyone that I dealt with here was amazingly polite, which can be a pretty rare find in Southern California. We chose this place for service based on the recommendation of a friend. We called and asked for quotes on a few services we needed and they happily gave us-​out-​the door prices on labor and parts. No BS, no gimmicks, just the facts we needed. They even had to call us back for one of the parts, and they actually did call us back. It was amazing compared to the experiences I had with other vehicle service departments in the Inland Empire. Please see my other reviews for a particularly bad one. Our service actually came out about $ 60 less than I had expected and the service writer even used a coupon to knock some of the labor down that had run a bit higher than they expected. I truly feel like I got great service from people that care about what they do for a living. They’re good at it, they’re very polite, and they’re responsive. If you need service on your vehicle, especially tires, give these guys a call. If your experience was half as good as mine, you’ll be back.

I already had new tires that needed to be put on my SUV & I went to Walmart & they wouldn’t do it. Best Tire Pros had no problem helping me. The waiting room is comfy & I didn’t wait long from my appointment time. Service was excellent. Everyone is so friendly. So I went back to get an oil change. No problems. Then today I went in & Jeff helped me with my fuses. My A/​C, windows, locks, & gas gauge wouldn’t turn on. He was so nice & helped me no charge. He couldn’t find a bad fuse so he recommended me to 2 different places to help me. It might be an alarm issue. Thanks Jeff

Used them for other vehicles and I guess things have changed. Went in first day agreed on tires and price and was told tires would be in next day. Dropped off car and SIGNED agreement and left. Was called 2 hrs later and was told the price was incorrect and I need to pay more. I told him do not work on my car if they can’t do it for price agreed to. Came in to pick up my car and they put it in the parking lot that does not belong to them and the window was down, I assume all day. I will not be returning and will be letting all my classic car and other friends know of my experience.

When it comes to auto repair it’s important to call around and make sure you’re getting the best price and the right service. Best For Less Tires has consistently offered the lowest prices for the basic car services I’ve used them for. I’ve been there maybe a total of 5 or 6 times over the last 6 years and have felt I got a good price for parts and service every time. This last time I had my tires rotated and new breaks and rotors put on I found that the price was $ 20 less than what I was quoted over the phone. When I looked at the receipt i saw that they applied a $ 20 off online coupon. When I called to thank them they said that they saw past work they had done for me and decided to reward a loyal customer. These guys are great!

Things change. This WAS a wonderful family business years ago. Most of the family is now gone and the owner, Rich, well, his priorities have changed. Now, like most businesses, its all about the money. I paid for original equipment for my older truck, and there was an after market sticker on the replaced parts. Original GM parts are more expensive then after market parts. Please undersand that if if you still own the vehicle, GM REPLACES THE PART FOR FREE FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE VEHICLE. The new mechanic showed me the sticker, a battery that was replaced was a Chinese $ 25.00 recycled battery and the new mechanic even showed me wherein the lube jobs that were supposed to be done with every oil change, there was metal on metal, etc. This was long term neglect and yet the vehicle was in regularily.
You pay for what you get, it’s just NOT the QUALITY business that it used to be years ago

The Best tire and service ever! The staff is remarkable, the prices are the best ever!!!

The name of this place should be LESS for LESS! That is what you will get here. If you have a crappy car and do not care if it will get damaged then this the place for you. If you have a high end car and care about your vehicle you may want to think twice before going here. They do not cover the seats when they slide in and out of the car and they scratched the leather in the driver seat of my car. When I brought the large scratch to their attention, the owner’s son, Jeff decided to get in my car without my permission and spit on the scratch to try to wipe the scratch off. Who spits on a customers leather seat??? I left several messages for the owner Rich who never called me back. In addition to the 4 inch scratch on the leather seat, I had to return to the shop 3 times the same day because they did not reset the Tire Air pressure in my German car. I kept telling them they needed to reset it and they kept telling me to drive it and it will reset itself. So the third time I told them I was not leaving until they reset it and then Johnny went through the messages on the console and found the way to reset it. What a waste of time and aggravation. Like I said if you care about your car this is not the place for you. Now I have a large scratch on the driver seat that Jeff’s SPIT did not fix! Disgusting service and behavior, Very Very unprofessional!

These guys are very helpful and honest. They could have sold me a new tire for 90.00 but instead said that they could patch it for 15.00. Love them. If you are in need of a tire patch, go straight to them. Their tires are the best price in town for your basic needs. They also have been in town for more than 20 years. Support your local businesses.
Update: 01÷27÷12 Had ANOTHER screw in my tire, and went back for a patch. Not so lucky this time. My tire was ruined, so I got a new one. These guys are great. They totally remembered me and were so helpful and very fast on a Sat. They work as a team so you don’t feel forgotten while you are waiting. Good job again.
