Horrible. They sold me stuff I didn’t need. They took advantage for what I didn’t know. There was no effort to figure out what was needed and how to get the appropriate product. Returning things is a painful, time-​consuming shell game of roadblocks and hidden fees. The phrase «slash and burn» comes to mind. This is not an AT&T store. It is an AT&T authorized dealer, where commissions are the name of the game. Never again.
