Has a great first experience. Staff that did my European facial she was awesome very friendly had great conversation gave me good advice in regards to other facials microdermabrasion and moisturizers. Definitely coming back

We (my girlfriends and I) chose this spa on a whim because we would be in town the day before for a wedding, we got a great package of a combo facial and massage. We were greeted promptly and taken to the amenities room which houses a dry sauna, steam shower and small jacuzzi where we could wait and relax between our appointments. The Estitician was rough but thorough, and explained everything she was doing. The masseuse was thorough as well and worked more with deep pressure. Although not the most relaxing I have experienced I would definitely recommend for groups you can bring wine and relax in the amenities room and have different services done. I would come back for another group party

Bought a groupon for my mother for xmas, not knowing she had already been there before. They owner told her she couldn’t use it, but then decided to let her use it, but told her because it was a groupon she wouldn’t get the best facial/​massage which I bought 2 hours from groupon for $ 75 and the while doing the facial she left her in the room a long time, then a massage and it added up to about an hour and 15 minutes. This is no way to run a business. Don’t promote your business through Groupon if you are not going to honor it as a full service, who would come back to that place with that kind of Attitude. Be grateful and be professional enough for client to want to come back. Then that Groupon person would spread the good word, but now we are spreading the word, don’t go.

This is definitely one of the WORST day spas that I’ve ever been to. I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option. The staff was less than nice, and the owner, Kelly (or manager, not sure which one) was extremely rude. She constantly interrupted me and talked over me to justify their bad service. The massage was very mediocre and expensive for what was received. The facial, performed by Kelly, was horrible. She was very rough and used products that left my face red and blotchy. I would DEFINITELY recommend going somewhere different if you’re looking for a massage. Also, their prices are more expensive than competing companies around Temecula, so why bother risking it. The fact that they always offer Groupon’s and Unilocal deals should show you that their business is sinking and they’re desperate for clients. You might think you’re getting a deal, but really they’re providing a discounted service for your discounted Groupon/​Yelp. I WOULD NOT recommend this business. Oh, and by the way, I’m pretty sure three or four of their ⁴⁄₅ star reviews are from friends/​family of the business, so their current 3 star rating is severely overstated. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Bought their holiday deal for $ 99. I expected a 55 minute massage, a body scrub, and a 50 minute facial. The massage and body scrub was performed by Cynthia and it felt good. The facial, however, was only 20 minutes, and was very rough. Kelly, the owner, operated on me. I felt like the piece of meat that butchers manipulate… I will say, however, that my skin looked great right after. It smelt of coconut — the nice kind. Anyway, I felt that the facial wasn’t worth it. It was very quick, rough, and not relaxing at all… I was disappointed. After, I was offered a special deal, which I was extremely tempted to buy since I was interested in their microderma-​whatever its called. I wanted my blackheads gone and I believe they are able to do that.. .but…I do not want to be treated like a piece of meat again so I refrained. Overall, I do not think I will come back again.

I bought a Groupon for a facial and massage at Amore Day Spa & Salon in Temecula. I have scleroderma, an autoimmune, connective disorder disease. The skin on my face is tight and there are densities in my muscles as well. It can make spa appointments rather difficult since I can never tell how my skin will react to facial products and how my muscles will respond to massage pressure. Kelly, the owner, provided the facial service. During the facial, Kelly kept me very reassured and relaxed by explaining what she was doing and the products she was using on my face. I was comfortable to the point of nearly falling asleep on the table! After the facial, my skin felt very silky and smooth. It was wonderful! I was then moved to the massage room where Cynthia provided my 55-​minute massage. Cynthia was also very accommodating, and asked frequently about the pressure level and if there was anything else she could do to make my massage more enjoyable. I do like warm massage tables but failed to mention this and I blame myself. Otherwise, I found both to be very nice and professional.
Afterward, I was offered an opportunity to purchase a membership at a special Groupon rate (and was advised it was available ONLY that day). I don’t generally like to be pressured into making such quick purchases (especially when I was seeking a relaxing «getaway»), but the membership price was reasonable and I had anticipated engaging with a local spa on a regular basis anyway. After comparing the prices of all the wonderful services on the menu with what a membership could provide, I found it to be a valuable find and took advantage of the opportunity. I look forward to my next appointment and plan to enjoy some of the wetroom amenities on my return trip, like the sauna or steam shower.

I usually read these reviews and feel it is just a bunch of people complaining but I needed to share my experience. I brought a group on for a massage and facial. I scheduled them back to back. They were short with me when I got there so I was already a little annoyed but then they took me back for my massage. After the service told me their scheduling system was down and that someone else was receiving a facial so they would reschedule and upgrade my facial. She put on note on the back of the waiver I signed and I never heard from them… its been 2 months.

I received this for a bday gift. It was the brown sugar full body scrub. Started off good. the owner kelly Said she would come give me water every 15 minutes due to being wrapped up in a heated wrap and steady sweating. Well it all went south after that. I got water once! Was sweating so bad I had to release my arms to get some air. I waited and waited for her to return I eventually dosed off woke back up and was like wtf I’m still laying here I feel like I been here for hours! So I scooted to the end of the bed to open the door some (mind u I’m wrapped up in a heated blanket and covered in brown sugar mess and naked so can’t exactly get up and walk around) I tried calling out no response. So I reached for my cell phone and saw I been there for 4 hours!!! So i called the front desk. Told her I was in the back room and needed to go and she was all confused no idea what I was talkin bout I repeat. Ok and hangs up. Expect her to come back and nope doesn’t come back. I finally say fuck it take the wrap off get brown sugar all over and grab a towel and walk out the hallway myself. She looks and says Omg I thought u left already. I ask coworker and she say u leave. Like really. if I didn’t have a sugar mess all over I would of walked out of there I finally got showed the shower and got the hell out of there. What an idiot owner! They were about to close as well and I would of been locked up for the night. Do not go there!!!

I called for an appointment for 2 microderm facials, For me and my reluctant hubby. They were a little confused as to which groupon deal I wanted to purchase. Instead of the 2 single groupons they booked me for the microderm facial and massage but split it between 2 people. I never considered they would do that. Typically it’s for the same person. My husband was happy. He didn’t want a facial anyway. But I was a little more bothered because I wanted him to get a facial. My microderm was great. Of course, extranctions are painful at times. But my skin looks way nicer a day later. I was pink the rest of the day but it’s all fine now. The scrubs, lotions, and sprays smell so good. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere. My husband really liked his massage. He is full of knots and he feels better. We will go back, for sure, and get him that facial.
The ladies were all very nice.

Miss Kelly the owner of this spa gives excellent service. Membership price is so affordable and worth it. Highly recommended.

This place is a joke im sorry to say. I Don’t like saying this but I feel people should know! First, the owner Kelly is rude! Definitely not a trained professional at all. Even if she was, she doesn’t have the skills to do facials. She hurts, especially wIth extractions and when you tell her that, she tells you that you’re wrong. Really Kelly, how can you feel it when your the one pinching and digging with that tool, leaving red marks on my face when i didnt even NEED extractions? Next, the staff doesn’t even like working there and it shows. They don’t have any pride in their work or surroundings. Beware of this. Finally, this’d place is not for the serious for lash extensions. the way they do their Facials, yuck. The staff is unhappy… Just think about what they Will do to your lashes. Sorry Kelly. I know you are running a business, but you should incorporate better customer service, better techniques or just close down. Sorry Unilocal community, this isn’t a good place to go.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. I bought a groupon for my daughter in law for her birthday. She went to the spa and things started out pretty good UNTIL they put her in the body wrap and forgot her! They left her wrapped up like a mummy for an hour and a half and she finally she had to try and un-​peel herself to try and get some help after laying there yelling with no response. The lady who worked on her (Kelly, the owner) was actually just locking up and completely forgot she was there. If she hadn’t of un-​peeled herself, she would have been locked in the building all night. The lady admitted she forgot her, but didn’t finish her package or offer her another day of treatment. I’m so mad my birthday gift was such a huge fiasco. Shame on you and thanks for ruining my birthday present!

Do not go to this place if you can go somewhere else where the owner is not just after your money! The owner, Kelly Kim, should not even be allowed to run a business because she has NO customer relations etiquette! I got a gift certificate from Valentine’s day for a swedish massage and european facial combined for $ 79 through deal palooza which was a great deal and wanted to use it before it expired this month. So I made an appointment to have both services done, and with no difficulty got the day I asked to go. Appointment day comes, showed up on time, Kelly asked me if I’ve been there before and I said I have (over a year ago) which pulled up in her system. She then said she can NOT accept the certificate even if it is a gift (just like the one I used the first time), that as a customer having been there before — she would only accept deal purchases directly bought from her. Ok, I understand that getting deals from a third party does not get the business owner the amount of money she is advertising her services for! I totally get that! What was upsetting was the part that they do not have anything in their fine print saying the deal is for first time customers only, and the fact that they booked me when I called and told them I got a gift cert and have been there before (which made it easy for them to pull up my account), they should have made me aware right that day when I called! After many exchanges of words to come across a resolution and she won’t budge, I called Dealpalooza and even they confirmed, it didn’t state on their restriction the deal was ONLY for first time customers (and how would the person giving u the gift know if you’ve been there before?) Dealpalooza tried to talk to her and called her several times but Kelly won’t talk to them! Had she put on the fine print and had I been told when I was making my appointment that she wanted returning customers to buy deals directly from her or won’t be honored, I shouldn’t have wasted half of my day driving to her Spa and got nothing! She did not even try to work anything out with me and the fact that this was a gift, did nothing to try to make her customer feel valued! She was just after the money and if she could just have explained the terms with online deal purchases and considered my valuable time going to the set appointment, I could have tipped her the 60% that she claimed the third party gets as a commission (roughly around $ 50 – 60?). To me, this wasn’t about getting the best deal, as I go to better places than this, it was about not having the heart and consideration knowing the fact that she failed advertising correctly and lack of communication from her staff that booked me, that half of my day is wasted! Beware of business owners that just wants to suck up your money and not value your time! Never ever going to this place again nor I would recommend to anybody! Good luck keeping her business cuz obviously, she does not value customer relations! Also thinking of reporting her to Better Business Bureau, I’ve never felt so aggravated before!

Horrible customer service. The atmosphere reminds me of a cheap nail salon. The pictures on the site are false advertisement. I made an appointment for a facial and a massage. I called twice to confirm the time of the appointments and when I arrived at the spa I was told that my appointment was for 4:00, not 5:00, and that because I was late I could only get the facial. I wasn’t late! The owner was the receptionist that checked me in and the esthetician that did my facial :/​During my facial she left the room twice, 15 minutes each time, and the products that she used felt cheap. I left the salon with my face feeling greasy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

I got a groupon deal for a facial and massage. For the price I couldn’t believe it – it had to be too good to be true. Yup – buyer beware. My back feels much worse than before getting the massage service. The facial was also uncomfortable – much different than ones I’ve had before. It included a blackhead extraction, and hours later I had irritated skin and raised bumps on my face. I think the positive reviews are from people who work there or are related to people who work there, and someone must be friends with an IT person at Unilocal,since a lot of critical reviews that are similar to my experience have been removed. I am not a newbie with spa services, and the experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would advise finding a more professional service.

We went for a coconut treatment yesterday and really enjoyed the entire experience. The technician was very friendly and helpful. Use of the Sauna, Steam Shower, and Jacuzzi were a plus! We will definitely be back for more treatments.

I first went here when I moved to town 2 years ago for a Brazilian wax. I absolutely LOVE it here. They send you an email and call notifications for appointments which is super nice. Kelly (the owner) is AMAZING!!! I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE for spa services. The have a great spa room too.

I’ve been going here for over a year after discovering them on Groupon. Kelly is amazing! I love the customized approach she takes to my facials, making sure my skin gets exactly what it needs at the time. She goes above and beyond. And the Bioelements line they use is fantastic. Amore is a hidden gem!

Last week, my boyfriend and I each bought a $ 39 Unilocal deal for $ 95 dollars worth of services. While we waited for our massages, we sat in the wet room, equipped with a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. We had the room to ourselves and truly enjoyed the peace and sublime feelings of relaxation. Each of us had massages that were impeccable-​crafted to each of our needs. I also had a European facial from the owner, which was supreme. My face was left feeling truly immaculate.
The atmosphere was tranquil and the place itself was very clean and accommodating.
In addition to the Unilocal deal, they also have 50% off wax treatments for the month of March 2013.
