This place really sucks the service is all bad especially the woman who answers the phone her name is Alison she very rude my car was taken there! when I called she didn’t want to give me any information in regards to the vehicle! a week after I. Had to go to the police station for help wich they did, p. o was Way nicer & much more pleasant to speak to! than with her, So Alison just stretched the days longer like that it would cost more $$$ to get the car out and when I asked to speak to the manager she didn’t help either she kept being very unprofessional and so rude yellin at me practically screaming where I was not able to hear what she was saying so I was never able to speak with the owner or what ever position she holds Michelle, I think that they should have someone else answer the phone someone that is nice and helpful as it is allready bad enough to be dealing with such a bad situation and then to hear a very rude person not helping you find the information you need in order to get your car out instead telling you false information every day that you call and she insists that you first need to get a release form
From the cops wich you don’t unless the car was stolen or taken away by the cops then is when you do need the paper ! So how can she sit there and tell me I neede that form in order to go and se them about my vehicle! and this happens in a whole long 3 day weekend ! And there’s no reason for her to have made a mistake I understand we all do at some point but this is a every day thing for her so I don’t understand! so this situation could be handled in the right manner I could of got my car out. instead of loosing my car so Alison is?

They quoted me $ 200 additional charges to tow my trailer behind my truck. AAA was paying to tow my truck when they got to my house they wanted $ 1,200 then $ 1,300 then $ 1,296 had to call the police they were nuts. you do not quote somebody one price and hold them ransom for another price bad business practices. unsafe 6 people in a truck with only two seat belts ridiculous. I do not recommend them they are horrible the owner is absolutely nuts. Even if their employee quoted me the wrong price they gave me a quote and asked me for my credit card you don’t change your mind at that point the owners should have stepped up to the plate and been honorable. He tells anywhere from 40 miles an hour below the speed limit 10 miles an hour below the speed limit really achieving the speed limit wasn’t due to safety they are just milking the job not even sure if he had a commercial driver’s license to drive the truck because he could barely even find the gear to shift it. Stay clear and why did these people they’re criminals

Imagine being stranded in Caliente, CA? No cell service! I was able to contact AAA from a local ranch who arranged my car to be picked up by MS Transportation Corp out of Tehachapi. Caring, friendly and super knowledgeable. Kameron our driver went above and beyond. My car needed to be taken back home 190+ miles on a Sunday afternoon. Due to Enterprise rental cars limitations we were not able to get a rental car so we opted to go with our tow truck driver for the 3 ½ hour ride. Kameron took the windy road with his rig and my car in tow with consideration to how we felt as passengers. It wasn’t weird at all. Kameron was a super friendly family guy who wasn’t the least bit inconvenienced by this last minute addition to his shift. Thank you MS transportation!
