RE/​MAX All-​Pro was founded in 1991 during a real estate collapse in the Antelope Valley –not the best time to start a real estate firm, you may think! What those tough times taught us, was that selling a home requires hard work, building solid relationships with clients, and constant education to stay one step ahead of the competition. Our experience with the market during that time instilled in us a work ethic to evolve and grow over the years to become the best real estate firm in the Antelope Valley.

As an organization, we know the primary reason RE/​MAX All-​Pro is so powerful in the AV and sells far more homes than anyone else is the agents. President and CEO, Keny Terracciano, believes that their agents should be in business ‘for’ themselves, not ‘by’ themselves. Keny has remained true to the business model created by his father, 20 years ago. A company model with a working environment conducive to full-​time top producing agents.

Meet the Business Owner

Keny T.

Business Owner

Keny Terracciano is a second generation Real Estate Broker. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration and a strong background in marketing and graphic design. In 2003 he joined the family real estate business and obtained his brokers license. Working as a full-​time real estate professional and Broker/​Manager, Keny assisted with technology advancements for the agents, financial analysis of the company, and marketing strategies to improve company market share and agent productivity.

In 2010, he was promoted to President & CEO and continues to lead both RE/​MAX All-​Pro Palmdale and Lancaster Offices along with his wife Cheyanne and his father Peter. The companies forward thinking management team places emphasis on agent productivity and efficiency’s allowing agents to work smarter not harder, and providing them the tools and systems to service client real estate needs at the highest level.
