The food was quite good. The three of us all got the tri tip special. It was a tri tip steak with any type of potato, vegetables and soup or salad. I got the albondigas soup, very good, and the garlic mashed potatoes, also really good. The tri tip was really good. The menu is huge and during dinner hour they served breakfast, lunch, or dinner!!! I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend it.

First time here! Delicious overall. I ate their beef fajitas & clam chowder soup. Their clam chowder soup was the best clam chowder I’ve ever had. I say try it out!

Awesome food. Excellent service. Try the chili verde burrito, the steaks, or French toast. The variety offered at Gracians is perfect for families with lots of different taste buds! Gracians has the best servers, always attentive to your food wants and needs.

This is a cute place. I had the chicken fajita omelette and it was good. Ask for cheese if you want it. I liked it the way it was. It’s a mix of Mexican and American… Whatever that means. You can get pancakes, porkchops, chorizo, omelettes, etc for breakfast. The hub had pancakes. He cleaned his plate. Mine I’m taking ½ home. Service was very good and friendly. The Décor is old timey. A blast from the past which fits our mood since we’ve been driving along Route 66 listening to oldies.

The BEST chili rellanos ever! Discovered these very different rellanos and won’t eat the standard egg battered and fried ever again. They are a poblano chili stuffed with Mexican cheese and some veggies and topped with a very tasty cream sauce. Absolutely delish. I always order two and they have always been perfectly tasty. The flan is also wonderful and is the owner’s secret recipe.

We stopped on our way across country. When we first pulled up it looked a bit sketchy, but the lot was full so we tried it. Food was good, service was fast and bathrooms clean. Great stop.

So I’ve been meaning to write up a review of this place because of my disappointment of spending money for a meal that ended up in the trash… I went to this establishment with an appetite and still wasn’t able to satisfy my hunger because of the awful attempt to create a Mexican combination plate. I ordered the combination which comes with a choice of two items with rice and beans for around $ 10. First off, the rice and beans had to be a few days old and we’re just reheated(common practice at some establishments), however it seems like they added milk to the beans? I chose a chicken enchilada and chile relleno as my two items. I have never, ever seen a chile relleno cooked the way this thing was served! It was basically the relleno stuffed with velvetta cheese with melted velvetta on top of it???(See my pic) my mother in law and grandmother would’ve hit the cook with her chañcla if she would’ve seen this creature of a relleno! Gracias Gracian Grill for nada!

I went and had the Gracian omelette again, I had almost forgot how good it is! So it’s kind of like having steak and eggs, with the added bonuses of peppers and onions, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and tortillas! You have to try this omelette! Also, you can’t miss with the home fries on the side! They are really good too!

So many thanks for making me a special meal to meet my dietary needs! Super tasty and I didn’t feel deprived in any way. I’m new to this gluten free stuff… But Gluten free is fine with yummy food like yours!

The enchildada and verde sauces were amazing. The dining area was horrific! So old and broken down, the entire room shook whenever anyone walked across the floor.(Hate to think what might happen in an earthquake!!). I was put off just driving up to the place because of the bars on all the windows and the broken down apearance of the building(and I’m not talking«shabby chic charm») I was so hungry, I decided to go for it. The food was pretty good but very over priced. I would not return.

All time favorite breakfast place in Tehachapi. My family and I come every Sunday and without fail, we all have a great meal. Perfect place for a celiac to grab some breakfast(hold the toast). I have never had any issues with any cross contamination and have always left very satisfied. Don’t forget to try their iced tea. It is some of the best iced tea in town!

We stopped while we were passing through heading to Northern California. Nice big lot to park our big RV. Anyway, this place was excellent. One of the best tacos i had in a long time!

Not impressed! We only came here last night because The Apple Shed was getting ready to close and The Red House BBQ is closed on Tuesday. I got a vegetarian pasta. The veggies were good but the whole dish lacked flavor. It needed something… garlic or cream sauce? My husband had honey pork chops which were large and fairly flavorful but tough. I thought the food was a little overpriced, too.

I don’t understand how this restaurant got 5 stars, but then again it is tehachapi, and there’s not much to choose from and not much to compare to. they have no good restaurants to compare it to. when you walk in, the kitchen is right there in front of you as soon as you walk in the front door. There’s not even a bar or anything, and they only serve wine and beer. we rite away also noticed all four employees. We know that we were there between lunch and dinner, but we didn’t expect to be the only customers in the place. the décor was very dated, to say the least. Very clean however, especially the bathrooms. the waiter was the owner, which was awkward, & right off the bat spoke to me in Spanish, as if I knew what the hell he was saying! It was really awkward. And he continued this throughout the meal. which brings me to another point, this is supposedly a steakhouse, but they serve Mexican food and Italian food. I’m not used to that one… lol. we’re from l.a., so we KNOWGOODFOOD. my boyfriend ordered a 20 ounce steak, and he has made much better steaks for me at our house on the grill. this is even after the owner bragged about the steak, which was just okay, and he also told my boyfriend that he was not going to need steak sauce. he said my boyfriend didn’t need steak sauce, and sure didn’t offer up any. I ordered a pasta dish, which it said came with potatoes, and he told me that I didn’t need all the extra carbs, basically. Wow. I ordered garlic chicken fettuccini or something like that. The chicken was tough and there was absolutely no garlic in it. I’ve also never been served fettuccine with mushrooms in it before. It also tasted like it came out of the freezer bag and thrown in the microwave. other than that, I’ve had worse but I’ve also had a lot lot better. as soon as they get their liquor license, I will come back only for a margarita, or whatever the hell it is you have at a Mexican /Italian /Steakhouse!

We have always gotten great service here. The folks are friendly, always quick to seat us, bring chips and salsa and take our drink orders. This is not a fancy place, but comfortable and being able to watch airplanes takeoff and land as well as the trains go by is a bonus. We have never had a meal we did not enjoy. The menu is a nice mix of Mexican and non-Mexican items, all of which we have tried, we have enjoyed. The prices are reasonable. My family is particularly fond of the Triple-Decker sandwich and the Chef’s salad. I’ve never had a steak there, but, I know folks that believe Gracian’s steaks are some of the best in town. Overall, it’s a comfortable, affordable place to go and get a good meal with no hassle after a long work day.
