We are a commercial and property management flooring company. We specialize in «same day» carpet turn overs throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, northern Connecticut and southern New Hampshire. We currently service over 190 apartment communities and over 30,000 apartments. All properties have a dedicated Account Representative and all of our installers are insured and wear uniforms. History

Established in 2005.

Our company was established in 2005 but our flooring experience started years prior. We have worked in the property management flooring business since the 1990’s. We work with many national and local property management firms like AIMCo Properties to Beacon Properties. Our Account Reps are trained in all aspects of flooring, from product knowledge, installation, current trends and customer service.
