We used inspection plus’s Steve Gaspar a few years ago and he was fantastic. Steve was not only on time but a few minutes early. He took a ton of time going over every signal detail of the house and put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous about buying an old New England home but his expertise, experience and clear understanding gave me the knowledge and understanding I needed to move forward on the house with confidence. He was able to explain everything that has, could or would go wrong was a house. Serval of my friends have already used Steve since this time and also found him just as professional, knowledgable and helpful.

What awful customer service! I’m not one to post negative reviews, but save your resources as Stephen Gaspar is not worth your time or money. Took forever to get a hold of him, and once I did he was cold and hurried. Eventually scheduled an appointment and he completely blew it off. Called him multiple times and never returned my calls. I don’t care when is his busy time of the season, save your money and go elsewhere. He has way too much competition in the area to be completely apathetic about providing good customer service.
