Dr. Alvarez graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico School of Dentistry in 1973, practice in Mexico until 1979, in 1983 he got licensed to practice Dentistry in the State of California, establishing his practice in the city of Chatsworth, then Canoga Park, Sherman Oaks and now in Tarzana.

Doctor Alvarez did an amazing job on my porcelain crowns. Always professional and courteous while advising. I have complete trust in his decisions and explanations. Impeccably clean practice. Scheduling is a breeze and very accommodating, never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment, and his procedure costs are competitive. Recommended, hands down. Plus, his jokes and personality make for a very pleasant experience.
