Clandestine Rabbit Tattoo Studio

For my 41^st bday I finally got up the nerve to get the tattoo I have been wanting for years. I got recommended to «Owl,» Emmanuel Puno, from a friend. He spent hours listening to my ideas, encouraging my thoughts and designing my tattoo. It is a Sea Turtle with a Mandala shell. He actually did a happy dance when he was done and I knew he loved it as much as I did. We spent the next four hours together putting it to skin. He is light-​handed, considerate and creative. I could feel how much he cared about my experience and he checked on me constantly.
The studio is clean, creative and everyone there seems to truly care about each others work. It is my first tattoo and I felt very very comfortable and welcomed at the studio. Also, it was very affordable considering I also got so much of his time and a unique design. He has also been helpful with questions of after-​care. I highly recommend Owl and Clandestine Rabbit.

This shop is the best, the artist are committed to producing great art and are perfectionist lol they are also very caring my artist is Angel. He has paid attention to all the small detail and I really appreciate that. I was nervous, my first tattoo experience has been wonderful thanks to Angel.

I was referred to this shop by a coworker of mine after a friend of hers had a coverup piece done with Greg. I was immediately impressed with the work on their social media and I decided to give it a shot. I saw Angel for my leg piece and I couldn’t say better things about the entire experience! He was dedicated to customizing a piece that would look amazing and that represented what I was looking for and he definitely succeeded! I was very impressed with his deep knowledge of the craft and I could tell he truly cared about giving me the best tattoo possible. Not to mention he was very friendly and made me feel right at home! For your next tattoo check this shop out! It’s a hidden gem for sure!

I wanted to get a very meaningful tattoo in honor of my mother and met with Owl (Emmanuel). I wanted a realistic butterfly on my shoulder and Owl was so excited for the task. He knew exactly what I wanted and how important it was. He drew a perfect design that came out better than I could have ever imagined. Even when it was done, he saw something that he felt needed to be touched up (even though I and everyone else thought looked perfect) and insisted on making it as perfect as his vision. He really cared and it really showed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!!

My tattoo artist was Jason, he was really efficient, easy-​going and fun. Definitely happy with my tattoo and the experience! The shop itself was welcoming, I would go back for sure :)

Everyone in this shop produces quality work. I have been tattooed by nearly everyone here and I stand by word that this shop is one of those hidden gems in Los Angeles. Unintimidating, inviting, relaxed environment with several artists all well versed in a variety of styles. Couldn’t be happier to call these guys my friends.

This place is great! Cool atmosphere and rad group of guys. Owl (Emmanuel Puno) did an amazing job on my thigh piece. He is very professional and meticulous. Great line work and precision. I would definitely go back again. I love my tattoo! Best shop around!

Alright so check it, check it, check it… check it. Call it luck of the irish or just bored on a tuesday night looking through my instagram feed, i end up seeing scotts post on instagram talking about free piercing or tattoo. i jump on it and speed my way to the shop. Scott talks me through whats gonna go down and its gonna be any kind of traditional tattoo. this guy goes out of his way to make a custom tattoo that is worth more than a shiny free penny! He goes past closing hours, takes his time, and the best part he was stoked the whole time. First time meeting this dude and i was already extremely excited for what was going to come next and it was a rad fucking anchor with a pocket compass that he put together for me. Check this man out he’s got the magic touch for traditional tattoos. His name is Scotty Karate on FaceBook, Snowcobra1978 on Instagram, and his RLIN (real life interface name) Scott.
You’ll agree when you see the shop and talk to its artists that this place is a diamond in the pile of coals.

The most amazing shop I’ve been too hands down! Everyone is extremely friendly and not too mention really talented. Most times that’s hard to come by at a tattoo shop in the valley. It’s Such a comfortable environment that sometimes I’ll even stop by when I’m bored or wanna show the boys a peep of my healed tattoo!
GORDO is the man with the plan, and the one who’s done all of my tattoos at the shop. Not only is he an amazing artist, but an unforgettable human being as well. He genuinely loves tattooing and puts everything he can into it. SUCH A TALENTED DUDE!!! Any idea you give him, he will nail it. I trust the man with my life :) haha I couldn’t be more stoked on how my arm came out, thanks Gords!

Great shop. I love it. The place is clean. The staff is awesome. Sasha has been tattooing me for years and he’s never disappointed. The guys are funny, everyone is chill and I always have felt comfortable there. Plus I LOVE my tattoos :)

Wow what an amazing place with an amazing staff. I drove by amd thought I give them a shot and so happy I did. It’s hard to find a reliable and talented tattoo shop, well Clandestine Rabbit is it. Obviously I only got one tattoo from them but from the work that was being done at the time I was there and pictures of previous work, I can tell all there tattoo artists are talented. They all have different styles which makes them great and unique. Twelve hooked me up real fresh with some beautiful chess pieces that represented my family. Sasha helped me tremendously to figure out what I wanted exactly and linked me up with twelve. They are a true team and so talented. Thank you again Clandestine Rabbit for giving this beautiful art on my arm.

This is one of the best tattoo shops in the SFV. I’ve been going to Twelve for many years. He does amazing work and is very business. It’s very clean and on point. Thanks for always taking care of me. Now I’m ready for my next appointment!!!

I got my first tattoo here by Gordo. He was really nice, made me feel at ease, and explained everything to me. I didn’t have to make an appointment, I just called beforehand and they said they had openings and to come in. Everything in the shop is clean and sterilized, and he showed me everything he was doing. Im really happy with the outcome, and overall Gordo made it a pleasant and painless experience!

Every time I’ve been here I’ve left happy. Matthew is a great artist and totally enthusiastic about doing original pieces. I could not possibly recommend this place more if I worked here

I decided to get my tattoo here because of all the great reviews. I am sure that there are some amazing artists here, but beware that you want to check their work first. I got a simple name by Gordo, not happy. It’s been roughly a month and the color is bleeding and even worse the ‘I’ looks like a ‘Y’! Soooo… since the name I thought I was putting on my body forever is spelled wrong you can guess I am not so happy. The color fill is barely showing as well. Later I found out that a friend had to go 3 x to redo the same art because it kept fading. Research first, worth your time!

Best damn tattoo shop around! My husband and I have been going here for years. The shop is spotless and the artists are professional and make you really feel comfortable. I love the décor, especially the antique pictures in the restroom. They always have music playing and a cool azzz vibe in the shop. And the artists are always doing events in the community and for kids.
My husband and I have had our tattoos done by Solgr, but all of the guys are awesome. Solgr is a quintessential artist. You can give him a design or you can give him a concept or direction you are trying to go in with your idea and he will «flesh it out» for you. He gives you advice about sizing, color, and concept. His final artwork for my idea far exceeded my own vision and expectations. And when he tatted me, he was gentle and checked in on me, asked if I needed a break, and let me know when we were getting close to the end. Absolutely LOVE all my tattoos from him and I get so many compliments on them… we even had our oldest son and daughter have their tattoos done here.

I had to write a review because many of the review here are misleading.
I’m not going to lie, the service is excellent, team is totally welcoming, and they do the best they can… and at great prices.
But some of their artists are limited on their design, and should really inform their customers if they don’t feel comfortable designing something. Also their colors of ink are limiting. Didn’t have the exactly colors I was looking for, nor were aware how to mix it. My piece is neat, but basic, nothing too out of the norm, and not what I had in mind when I came in for my tattoo, but okay nonetheless. I’m not crying over it.
