Established in 2014.
Magpie started as a venue for owner, Georgia Gersh and handful of artists. A little over a year later it has expanded to over 1000 square feet showcasing close to 60 Taos area artists.

Business Owner
I grew up on the Magic Tortouise commune 20 miles North of Taos. Both of my parents were artists and are represented at Magpie. After a decade on the East Coast, I returned to Taos and decided to create a venue for local artists in what is still a thriving art colony.
