Very few companies make narrow shows anymore, but Stuart Weitzman makes some of the finest. I usually purchase from Zappo’s because of the Amazon customer service they provide. However, I purchased a pair directly from the SW website and per the return policy took them back directly to the store with was an option. The staff there made a huge deal about having to return them since they weren’t purchased in the store. I explained that the invoice gives that as an option and since I was already in the mall, I would just return there. Well after they made me feel really badly for troubling them w the return, I took my shoes and will return them via UPS. But the other thing I’ll do is avoid that place from now on since customer service is clearly not a priority.
