Very busy It was almost 15 minutes from getting into line before I had my iced caramel macchiato. Not a problem, just killing time while others shopped. The order taker was upbeat and not at all judgmental when I didn’t know how to pronounce my drink. I don’t do coffee places often. The guy at the other end was all business trying to keep up and doing a good job of it. There is seating and I scored a small table easily. My coffee was good, easy to drink, and I was finished in less time than it took to get it.

This is the slowest f’n Starbucks on planet Earth and the baristas listen about as well as all of my friends kids. It’s still Starbucks and still tastes good. Just wish I didn’t wait for 15 minutes each time… Not including the wait to order.

This is by far the worst Starbucks ever… and its not all the employees that make the experience awful, but the one girl they have working almost every Sunday is SO completely rude to the customers AND her employees she works with… it is absolutely ridiculous. Her name is Cassidy and I made it a point to look at her name tag today when I ordered my drinks. She belittles the people she works with right in front of my boyfriend and I as we were ordered our usual drinks and this has not been the first time! It is everyyyyyy time! I apologize to the person at the register for HER behavior because they are the ones who have to work with her. and they ALL just look at me with a sad but shitty look as if they feel sorry for themselves as well. i cannot blame them for that. Every single employee there is very very nice EXCEPT for her… I would much rather bring my business elsewhere and boycott this Starbucks in International mall until they get rid of this bitter, unenthusiastic, rude employee because she is giving Starbucks an AWFUL look. especially if you are a first time customer!

I hate this Starbucks!!! If I could give it negative stars I would! This is a very very busy store and they use if for training! Why in the world would you make an extremely busy store a training store??? From the time it opens till it closes its crazy busy, the lines are super long! And they aren’t very friendly. I work in the mall and I try to avoid Starbucks if I can. I have been going to the e bar at Nordstroms instead. They have delicious coffee!

The lines can get LONG here so have patience when you fall in. Nothing worse than disgruntled customers making snickering remarks while waiting in line. If you decide to wait in line, please keep the rude comments to yourself. Rather than making comments, you can spend the time figuring out what you would like to drink lol. That being said, they do a nice job of moving the line along. They really do pack the kiosk with employees to help with the efficiency but I’ve been here a few times where they were understaffed and the line didn’t move as fast. That was ok, since I knew what I was getting into. Staff is courteous considering the fact there is a wait. Seating is ample around the kiosk, so you can take a seat and chat with your friends. If you know you want Starbucks and will be passing the kiosk anyway, I HIGHLY recommend doing themobile pick-up option on the Starbucks app to avoid the wait.

The most hostile, rude Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. These people don’t like their jobs and it shows.

Long lines… not a shocker! Organized and fast service… impressive! This store at the heart of the mall does a great job moving the line and the orders accurate and organized. I was also impressed that the staff was on top of keeping the supplies stocked and area clean. I ordered a Vanilla Skinny Latte… delicious :) and a Passion Tea with two splenda. For those that have not tried this tea, it will not disappoint. If you are looking for your caffeine fix and want fast service this Starbucks is a great choice!

The wait was ridiculously long! On waiting to order and longer for drink pick up. There’s so many people behind the counter yet the drinks still takes 20 minutes to make. Not recommended if you’re in a rush.

This Starbucks seriously lacks a sense of urgency. Too many baristas are working behind the counter to be efficient. I regularly go here since I am a hopeless coffee addict, but the experience is always awful. I order ahead using the app they encouraged me to use if I wanted my order done on time and they still deliver late. I only ever order a cup of pike place brew and they treat me like I ordered a frappé. I do not recommend this Starbucks.

This Starbucks is BUSY! Have some patience when you come here. You see the long line, you know your order is not going to be ready in 2 seconds. Even with as packed as it is, the hard working employees have a smile on their face and are doing their best job. Seeing the negative reviews kinda surprises me. Look up from your phone and see the LOOOONG line, and understand that you are not the only customer! Take a seat and wait for your coffee to come. If you dont want to wait, then dont order.

It’s a little slow because Starbucks is the best… It’s true! But, the baristas work their butts off making the drinks fast AND good. Also, CASSIDY the barista is a boss. She is the best!

Great Starbucks experience here. Staff was superb. Line went quickly, paid with the app and even reloaded it. Also, purchased gift cards for teachers. Order was correct.

This is THEWORST Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from. I was unable to choose zero stars. I ordered a tall cup with ice as I ALWAYS have for years and I was charged for the cup the ice and I was told if I added a certain amount of half and half or milk I had to pay for that before hand. The barista taking the order was rude while another barista stood in the corner talking to him and eating instead of helping to take orders from the 17 person line that suddenly formed. The young woman filling the orders had such a bad attitude moved very slowly and looked as if she was going to commit suicide any day. I asked for a little milk and she asked me if I paid for it!!! This is a horrible Starbucks they need to fire everyone there and start over… Maybe even tear down the kiosk and relocate it… this is my 3rd sad experience there and I will be making sure I get my coffee before I go to the mall… THUMBSDOWN I was also over charged… I’ll definitely be calling customer service on Monday. Here’s a tip if you don’t like working with people then don’t work in customer service

Only go to this Starbucks if you have 45 minutes to spare. I feel bad for the people that work here and the constant flack they receive. A mall with the clientele like International should open up another Starbucks location(or they should not have closed the other one).

This place is gangster. Light of my life. Best Starbucks ever. If you’re a hater then go somewhere else. This place doesn’t need you making the line longer anyway.

Slow service, not awful but could use some speeding up. And they need one person strictly dedicated to cleanup, restocking condiments/sweeping/trashcans. The place was pretty dirty, even behind the counter. On the bright side the coffee was good.

I love Starbucks. So much that I have the gold card and it has already automatically renewed two years ahead. But this location has terrible baristas — the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. On top of that the service is much slower than anywhere else. Because of that to there are really long lines. Also beware: there is never anywhere to sit at this Starbucks location. It’s more of a grab and go location.

This place is the portal to hell. I work at the mall, and having this as our only Starbucks is the worst thing to ever happen to me. There could be 3 people in line, including myself, and somehow it takes them 30 minutes to fill my order of an iced coffee. I once was even told by a barista that they didn’t have iced coffees. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes that there’s no way they don’t sell«iced coffees» until a manager finally came up, and re took my order, and 20 minutes later I was on my way. This morning I asked for a spoon, and was rudely helped by this woman there. She said«do you see any spoons in the utensil bin?» Um, no, that’s why I’m asking you if you have a spoon. «If you don’t see any in the utensil bin, then we don’t have them» so you’re telling me, at 8am when you open, you are already out of spoons for the day? «Did you see any in the utensil bin» Seriously, worst place ever, worst people ever, slowest service ever. You are better off driving to the one down on westshore, or walking to the opposite end of the mall and enjoying nordstroms ebar than going to this miserable place, full of miserable people.

Worst Starbucks ever. Beans are always burned, line is ridiculous, and the team is slow. Nordstroms e-bar and the new espresso joint are much better, faster, and nicer
