I absolutely recommend this salon! Andres and all of the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. I went in for a blowout and ended up getting one of the best haircuts of my life. The layers were cut with such precision and Andres took extra time to make sure they were right for my hair texture: both curly & straight. Never have I been so pleased. Andres is the type of professional I would go to see & tell him to do whatever he thinks would look best. :)! Give this studio a whirl !!

Sam has been doing my hair for nearly two years and she is incredible. I’ve gotten more compliments from her haircuts than I can remember. Always easy for me to style on my own as well. Also, the color she does is very natural and is gentle on hair. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Wow, amazed at the talent here. I have been going to Andres for 8 months now. Consistently perfect on color and cut. My hair is no longer damaged like it was when I came to him. He doesn’t use heat nor foils which causes damage. My hair feels the healthiest it’s ever felt. I now have short hair but had very long when I first came to him and– my photos before and after are here. Then and now; I LOVE my hair. He’s the best!

Cute and stylish salon on MacDill. Sam has been doing my hair for over a year and she does not disappoint! She is very professional and aside from asking what I want to do, she will not hesitate to also let me know what she thinks works for me as well. She is very good in asking questions and gathering information before she starts, which helps put me at ease especially when I wanted something dramatic such as getting bangs or doing balayage highlights (which both came out great). Sam also did my hair for my wedding and she did a wonderful job on mine as well my bridesmaids. I finally have a go to stylist in Tampa!

I was introduced to Andres and Claudia last year by a mutual friend and now I wont allow anyone else to touch my hair!
When I first met Andres, I was too afraid to do anything to my hair. I had given up on finding anyone who could cut my hair to create the volume that I wanted. I have typical Asian straight and lifeless hair. (You’ll see in my picture below) Andres was so meticulous and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I had never gotten as much volume without him.
This year, I met up with Andres in Los Angeles planning to get the exact same
thing done. However, I ended up dyeing my hair for the first time! Saying that I was nervous was an understatement.
However, not only is he beyond talented at his trade, he makes you feel safe! I’ve seen his work on two of my girlfriends and knew I could trust him. He kept me informed every step of the way and because I didnt know anything about getting my hair dyed, I was so appreciative of him constantly updating me on what he was doing.
I LOVED the results! My hair has so much volume and feels so much lighter and the color is just beautiful! I might even be a little more daring to try something bold next year!
I cant wait until he comes back to Los Angeles next year for my annual hair cut! Thanks Andres and Claudia!

I visited L.A. Gallery Hair and Make-​Up Studio several weeks ago for a hair cut, style, and make-​up for a wedding. Claudia and Andres were awesome! They were both extremely hospitable and helpful, providing excellent suggestions for both my hair and make-​up. I recently moved away from the area to Colorado, however, if I visit Tampa in the future and need either my hair or make-​up done, I would go out of my way to visit L.A. Gallery!

Unilocal blocked me thinking I was a fake, but I assure you I am not and have gone 3 times to see Andres. He honestly is fantastic and I fly down from Memphis every couple of months to get my hair cut and styled. He does a fantastic cut, listens to me and my concerns, and spends time cutting my hair. Check him out… you will not be disappointed.

For the past 2 years I have been a client and can honestly say that every time I walk out of the salon, I feel fabulous! I’ve been to some of the best-​known salons throughout the country and can honestly say that Andres is the best! I am thrilled to have found such a gem in South Tampa.

I went to see Andres a week before my wedding — for the first time. I know! How risky can you get? I’m a glutton for discovery and when the payoff is bigger than the risk — I’m stoked!
Andres knew that I had an important day coming up. He talked with me in great detail about exactly what I wanted. Any good stylist should do this — but what set him apart is that he was the perfect guide when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. He offered advice and reasons why I should keep some length for my special day. He always gave me two choices regarding every detail and this made the specifics easy to identify. I need that in a stylist since I don’t always know how to articulate what I want!
He spent a lot of time getting the color just right as well as the cut and style. It was a long day for me but I am so happy I paid him a visit — especially given the big appearance I had to make on Saturday.

Fantastic! I have never had a professional make-​over before and I loved it. I looked great. I would do it again. Claudia made me look young and fresh and not overdone. Andres cut and colored my hair.
He took alot of time to understand what I wanted and what I didin’t want. He was so thorough. After his precision cuts, it is so easy to style my hair. I drive 45 minutes to get to the shop but it is so worth it.
