German Roaches! And a lot of them. I observed about 50 roaches crawling in and out of the storage room of Ciao Gourmet where they store their paper products and extra food. I noticed because I was waiting for my flight and a roach crawled on the seat next to me. I moved seats (closer to Ciao Gourmet) and noticed that there were actually roaches everywhere… And they were coming from their storage room. Very unsanitary, please don’t eat here

This place lost at least 15 customers if it wasn’t more because of their lazy & rude cashier. I was there today July 8^th from 7:15 until 8:40pm waiting for my flight to take off and I saw how the lazy cashier who was sitting at the chairs next to the kiosk kept ignoring all customers including my boyfriend and I. 4 customers aproached him but he kept saying they were close while texting on his phone. The kiosk was obviously open. At about 8:10pm he came back to the kiosk and actually closed it.

Located in terminal F past security and on the right, worth seeking out if you are flying out of there. Little sandwiches and snacks and beverages, plus you can get an adult beverage and walk around with it in the airport. Again, not earth shattering, but the cashier was very friendly, and overall was a nice alternative to some of the other offerings.
