John P.

Business Owner

John is a thirty year veteran of the construction and restoration industry, primarily remediation after water/​mold damage. His understanding of mold testing and inspection, building construction, complex scientific processes and today’s business environment are a refreshing difference.

John has been a Tampa resident and part of the local business community for over forty-​five years. His business theory of being locally owned and operated has been well-​received.

He maintains certifications from American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) as Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS)

John leads his team of inspectors Florida Licensed Mold Assessors. His license number is MRSA 1733.
