We understand our customers have questions and we strive to educate the client throughout the inspection. We keep them involved right up to the end of the inspection. Shortly after they will receive the written report. This inspection report will remind the client of any major or minor defects we discussed during our visit. Which items need to be repaired or replaced or of any issues that are unsafe in nature and require attention. Florida has a very unique way of combining multiple weather, climate, moisture and wildlife issues into a unique habitat for a home. We understand these issues and know what to look for. This way we can in turn combine what we know and what we’ve discovered in a unique way to keep these issues in perspective. Ruby Property Inspections LLC is a reputable inspection company with over 25 years industry related experience that will be glad to partner with you during the process. We are excellently trained and certified in many areas such as structural engineering, thermal imaging, extensive plumbing, multi voltage electrical systems and many more. We have inspected in three completely unique climates around the U.S. as well as a few different structures and their systems such as house boats, large R/​V busses, mobile homes, commercial and military aircraft (FAA licensed) We are a detail oriented property inspection resource. We take pride in providing our customers with an in-​depth working knowledge of their investment. Established the Central Florida location in 2014.

Inspiration for the business came from years of Inspection related field experience and training in multiple trades. From commercial and military aircraft, yachts, motorhomes and RV’s to civil engineering, building sciences, non-​destructive testing and new home construction. These skills often referred to as mixed-​up or broad range led me to a profession that can draw on every one of them, Home inspection. I’m the inspector that can use new tech along side old school techniques to find potential issues, determine what caused them and point you towards a solution to keep that issue from returning. These skills earned over 30 years help me provide this necessary service to home buyers in a way that helps reduce the stress of the process.
