Forum at Tallahassee Student Apartments

Was a victim of a armed robbery the situation wasn’t taken as serious as it should’ve been at first. Everything is being handled now and the Forum has shown concern.

I must admit this was a huge mistake to live here. Being a new graduate student and unable to visit before I moved in, the forum seemed like a perfect apartment complex. Boy, was I wrong. From everything from racist staff to the elevator smelling of foul beer and pot combined, nothing is ever the luxury living you wish for. All the amenities are often either broken or overcrowded by non residents, I’ve put in more work orders than I ever have at the other 4 apts I’ve lived at combined, and they close the pool due to beer cans floating in the pool because of lack of respect. But after they threw out of control parties. This may be a good «first apt» for the college kid who doesn’t know any better or who loves the party environment. But for everyone else, don’t… because you will regret it
