We have 13 service technicians available for dispatch

We have a staff of receptionists to facilitate communication with our technicians

Our store is open and staffed Monday — Friday 8:00am — 5:30m

Around the clock support — we have at least one technician on duty 24 hours a day

Remote assistance (subscription only)

— We maintain a remote support center to allow for immediate assistance across a broadband internet connection

Remote monitoring of critical systems to insure backup of data and maintenance

of desktop antivirus protection and operating systems critical update and service patches

All technicians are, at a minimum, A+ certified, most maintain multiple certifications in a number of IT related disciplines

All technicians have supervised field experience before being dispatched to a customer, of our nine technicians two are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers
