We had a great experience working with Team Blair. Jamison and Nicole worked with us for months to help us find the perfect home. They know the Tahoe-​Truckee are very well and were able to show us the neighborhoods and houses that fit our needs. Once we found our house, Jamison helped us negotiate an amazing price! Their team was great helping us get through the closing process and staying on top of various inspections we needed to have done. On top of being really good at what they do, they are really great people. We felt very comfortable working with Team Blair and always trusted they had our best interest at heart. If we ever decide to sell our house, they will be our first phone call!

I recently purchased a home with Team Blair near Tahoe City. Jamison and the rest of the team was absolutely fantastic to work with. He showed me a spectrum of homes to give me a sense of the market without being pushy in the slightest. When I showed interest in a particular house, they helped with all aspects of the transaction and really went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they connect me with service providers and contractors in the area, but they helped with my various logistical needs that I have given that I live in San Francisco. Even after the closing, they continue to be extremely helpful, offering logistical support and answering questions even though they have no obligation to do so. The whole team has made the entire process pleasant and rewarding.

I found Team Blair through Unilocal.My husband had a job interview in Tahoe and we wanted to get an idea of housing prices and the area in case he was offered the job. Annette was our contact at Team Blair and she was truly fantastic! We contacted her and told her our situation and that we would be up there for the interview in less then a week. By the end of that same day she had sent us multiple listings that we could look at, we were able to provide her with honest feedback on our likes/​dislikes and she really listened and would weed out houses we shouldn’t waste our time looking at.
With Tahoe housing being at the top of our budget we entertained looking at manufactured homes. Annette put together an entire list of of both houses, cabins and manufactured homes and even called ahead of time to make sure these locations would allow us to build fences on the property for our dogs. Saved us from seeing properties that wouldn’t work and from us having to do all the footwork and make the calls. I also loved how much knowledge she had of the surrounding area, things we needed to consider when moving to a different climate. She even gave us contacts for rentals in case we decided to go that route first. When we told her we may consider south lake (which is not her territory) she didn’t mind at all, in fact she gave us another contact for that area.
I’ve work for a real estate agent and I’ve work with them in looking at/​buying houses. Annette was the most prepared. When we arrived at her office she offered us water and a «welcome bag» with printouts of all the properties we would be viewing, area information and some other marketing material that was really helpful as we viewed properties. She took us to over 10 properties while we were there (day and a half) and stayed out with us till it was dark. She really helped make the most of our time.
My husband did not get the job, but Annette never made us feel like we were wasting her time — as some realtors do. She stayed in constant contact, always replied immediately to my emails and was always searching for properties even to the day we arrived. Thank you Annette for you patience and hard work. I highly recommend working with her!

My wife and I recently bought a wonderful house in Dollar Point. Annette Paiser with Team Blair represented us in the transaction and was a pleasure to work with. As is common in home purchases, there were issues along the way that required her attention. Throughout the purchasing time, we found Annette to be a good listener and have a very good understanding of any of our concerns and she was highly effective in resolving them. While she has many irons in the fire, she responded to us very promptly. What made most special was that she was just as helpful after the house was ours in dealing with problems that were not known during the escrow period. Most Realtors, in my experience offer little if any help after the close of escrow. This was definitely not the case with Annette and we would use her again and highly recommend her to others, whether for selling or buying in the Tahoe Basin.

My wife found Team Blair Tahoe initially through Unilocal,and the reviews were right! We started the search (slowly) for our perfect Tahoe home in December. Annette, the team’s buyer agent, was amazing. On our first tour, she drove four of us (parents-​in-​law included!) around for over half the day. She helped us see what would be available in our range, styles of homes, and neighborhoods. This really helped us focus in for future trips on what we really wanted in a house. Annette also learned really quickly from every visit, and became finely tuned to what our must-​haves and wants were for a house.
I’m an online comparison shopper, and I was always emailing Annette with listings that we wanted to see from my own research. She never seemed offended by me intruding on her job, and always maximized our short weekend trips up to Tahoe to see as many properties as possible. Ultimately, she found us our dream home (without any help from me), and we couldn’t be happier.
When we were finally ready to make moves in April, a house we really wanted but hadn’t yet seen in person dropped in price. Both my wife and I were out of state on separate trips, and Annette did EVERYTHING to support our decision-​making. She took dozens of photos, did a video tour of the house, and coached us on making an offer and getting through a bidding war. This all happened through many conference calls and emails. It felt a bit crazy to offer on a house sight unseen, but we had total trust in Annette’s understanding of what we wanted in a house and ability to guide us through a good decision. Ultimately, the buyer decided not to sell at all, which was a little sad for us (c’mon, we won the bidding war!) but okay because, as I said, Annette later found us the perfect home. More important was that Annette totally supported and coached us through what could have been a nerve-​wracking process, and made sure that no obstacles came between us and a great home-​buying opportunity. This meant that when we found another home we wanted to offer on in May, we owned it by the end of the month.
As first-​time home buyers, everything about the process was new to us. No question was too dumb or random for Annette and the team. They were always prompt with emails, and seemed to have answers for everything — both home-​buying related and just questions about transitioning to Tahoe living (like, where should we eat? what about mooring a boat? where are the dog-​friendly beaches?). When we did have a communication glitch during the closing process, which was with the title company (not Team Blair), Annette and Lisa were immediate and helpful in sorting out the confusion and clarifying. They even apologized for the mix-​up, which was not in any way their fault.
Team Blair Tahoe really appreciates their clients. This is evident in the way they treat you from the moment you first email to the day you get your new keys (which won’t actually be the last time you talk to them). They are great, and we’re so grateful to the whole team!

I’m a researcher. I like to get info on things before I make a decision. So when it was time to sell our house in Tahoe, I started looking into different realtors. I was looking for someone tech savvy, who understands marketing, and who could get feet in the door. I found Jamie on Unilocal,and I can honestly say I was not disappointed.
It was bittersweet to sell the place, but it was time. Making it more difficult was the fact that I live 3.5 hours away in the Bay Area. Jamie and his team (especially escrow coordinator Lisa) made everything easy and painless. They really marketed the house well, and we got multiple offers after the first weekend open house, one of them at asking! They coordinated the photography, cleaning, inspections, and more and dealt with the buyer’s «challenging» broker.
I would definitely recommend them if you are planning on selling your Tahoe home.

Selling a house in a down market can be a pain. I say this like I know anything about it, but I don’t. I’ve never sold a house in any market. However we were lucky to have Jamie & his team to help us out. He figured out the complicated stuff and told us what to do, which was a real blessing since 1.) I live 4 hours away from the area and 2.) as I mentioned I don’t know a single thing about realty.
They handled all the stuff necessary to get us on the market. They even threw in some stuff to make the process easier. They made a bunch of key suggestions that must have done the job since they got the house sold in record time– for asking (which I should mention is a good thing– did I mention the down market?)
Apparently the buyer’s agent was a little difficult to deal with, but we didn’t have to deal with her– Team Blair did it for us. While I’m not sure I recommend selling your house– I know the perfect people who can handle it if you have to.

Jamie and Nicole are a great team.
I spoke with a number of realtors in Tahoe. Before I spoke with Team Blair, I was starting to get worried that I wasn’t going to find one that I liked. Seriously. Most realtors I talked to just weren’t responsive, organized or knowledgable.
I worked with Jamie over a number of days. As a Tahoe native, he had detailed knowledge of each neighborhood — traffic in winter and summer, construction history, amenities, crime rates, and other issues and benefits you wouldn’t think to ask or look for, such as proximity to the high school (kids drive fast) or where the best mountain biking trails are.
When it came to homes, he was honest and knowledgable. Jamie would point the pros and cons of each place, including things he saw as deal breakers. He’ll definitely save you from landing a home with a frozen driveway all winter or getting buried under the snow fall from your own roof.
Five stars!

It’s not easy purchasing a home when you’re hours away from Tahoe and can’t come up every weekend. Not only does Jamie and team really go out of their way to make it as painless a process as possible, but it’s also not a pushy, hard sell tactic either. They were very accommodating and never rushed us to make a decision from the very beginning. And when we did finally find a house, they went above and beyond from helping us arrange deliveries of furniture and appliances, to helping us find inspectors and contractors.
We cannot recommend Team Blair highly enough!

It has been a wonderful experience working with Team Blair Tahoe. I really like the friendly, down-​to-​earth aura of the family. I felt very comfortable sharing my stories with them. Buying a house remotely is a hard thing, and Nicole and Jaime made it easier for me by being very accommodating and patient. They are savvy with internet and are efficient people. For example, I have a hectic job, and I can sign all my legal documents electronically via their system in between my meetings at work. They also share a lot of useful information with me about the neighborhood and furniture sales, etc. I appreciated that alot.
Nicole has checked in a couple times with me after we closed escrow. We are talking about great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Here’s the story for some context.
I had been looking up in the tahoe area for a while (by looking I mean browsing Zillow etc), decided it was time to get serious before ski season so I looked on Unilocal,found Jamie and shot him an email while cruising at 30k feet out to NYC… in the middle of the night. Jamie got back to me within minutes next day we chatted live the next day.
Went up the next weekend to tour the options and Jamie did an awesome job factually presenting the good and bad of each house with an enormous depth of area knowledge… the stuff you won’t find browsing online.
During the transaction there were several funky things (as there inevitably are in all real estate deals today) and I was remote (bay area)/out of the country, Jamie was awesome at helping navigate through them and get the deal closed.
In short I’d highly recommend Team Blair to anyone, especially if you’re looking for someone who really knows Tahoe/​Truckee.

Meeting and working with Nicole was the best thing that happened to us when we were looking to purchase our Tahoe home. We are so happy with our home and the great way Nicole took care of us in handing the deal. At times we didn’t have to travel up for small items, because she was so kind in taking care of it for us during the transaction. We were originally working with another service/​agent prior and was not happy with what we saw after looking at so many.
After that, a call made and I met Nicole and the rest is history. What was great about this meeting, was that she included a home that came on the market in a area that we had not thought of looking at and that was the winning one! Thank you Nicole! We recommend Team Blair Tahoe because they build life long relationships and what is best for their clients who become friends, not just closing the deal.

We had been looking for a Tahoe house for a while and had seen some homes on our trips up there. I ended up meeting a dude on a chair lift at Squaw. In conversation he mentioned he was in real estate locally and handed me his card.
After a month or so of being disappointed with the service we received from others I thought «what the heck» and I gave him a call. So glad I did. Jamie and his wife Nicole were awesome. We probably drove them nuts looking at what seemed like a thousand homes. If they were annoyed they never showed it. They were super nice and never gave us the hard sell or the ol’ «things are turning around; make an offer or this will go fast».
After a while, Nicole would tell us what we would and would not like as we were pulling in the driveway of a place. She got to know our tastes and provided great insight. They always kept in touch but were never annoying through the almost two year search.
We ended up buying a great lakefront home and Jamie and Nicole worked to get us a deal I was very happy about. Even after the deal was done they kept in touch and even helped me find a great contractor to help with some changes we wanted to make.
So now, my friends, I am able to log way too many hours on summer days nursing beers and eating fish tacos at Sunnyside. That was pretty much the motivation for looking for a place on the lake in west shore in the first place. If you looking, you should call them because you won’t be disappointed.

I worked with Nicole while I was shopping around for a house in the West Shore. She was super prompt at communicating back to us, listening to our needs and wants, and coming up with a game plan for a tour to visit some potential properties.
What impressed me the most was when Nicole made the list of properties to see, it included two properties that didn’t quite fit our initial criteria of needs and wants — but when we went to see all of these places, it turned out that the two we liked the most were the ones she had included! By listening to us and understanding our needs, Nicole was able to suggest things that weren’t in our initial plan that we ended up liking a lot. She was able to combine her expertise of the region and her knowledge of the market and provide us with suggestions that were really «expert advice».
In the end, we decided not to buy in the West Shore, but I would totally and absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy in the West or North Shores. In fact, we will definitely be contacting them when we buy in her area!

Simply put, if you are looking for real estate in the Tahoe area, look no further than Team Blair Tahoe. My wife and I have been working with Jamison and Nicole for over two years and our happiness with our choice of agents has only increased throughout this period.
Jamison has a deep understanding of the Tahoe/​Truckee market areas, a vast local network, and the ability to become the eyes and ears of his clients. We were looking for a second home and over time, Jamison was able to pick out homes that he knew were great for us and screen them while we were not in the area.
