Established in 1989.

20 Observation was built in the 1960’s and was completely renovated in 2000. Dollar Point is the ideal rental location due to its proximity to the best ski resorts and golf courses in California. Private beach access, private swimming pool & tennis courts make 20 Observation the ideal location.

I must agree on all of Ken’s points:
This cabin is more a retreat with tons of room, modern amenities and everything you need to have a great time.
The view is gorgeous and the spacious deck is the perfect place to sip warm drink in the winter or bask in the summer sun.
Location wise the retreat is very central… and I slept great!

Moraga, CA
The most amazing view of the lake, right from the front deck. My most relaxing moments have been spent on this deck.
There is a tone of things to do near by. You can mountain bike just up the road in the Summer and cross country ski in the Winter. Close to the ski resorts and downtown Tahoe City.
For the workaholics there is free Wi-​Fi too. Good stuff.
