History

Established in 2013.

Steampunk was founded by a group of recovering smokers who were sick of smelling like smoke and spending a fortune on cigarettes. They individually decided to start looking for a safer alternative to tobacco for their parents and themselves.

They were amazed to find that electronic cigarettes answered all their questions. The juices that electronic cigarettes use don’t have all the tar and known cancer causing stuff in normal cigarettes. Almost best of all is the fact that vaping e-​cigs produces nothing more than pleasant smelling steam which quickly goes away. Vaping is also cheaper than smoking analog cigarettes.

One day while talking about the benefits of vaping, the friends decided to open a shop. Not just a run of the mill place where people could simply by product, but a Lounge where vapers could find whatever they were looking for in a comfortable setting with overstuffed chairs, a variety of wines and beers, and delicious foods. Steampunk was born a few months later.

Business Owner

Natalie is a local attorney at law who grew up in a house full of cigarette smokers. She began smoking as a kid and continued into adulthood. Her parents were smokers for over 50 years before Natalie introduced them to electronic cigarettes. Her parents are now avid vapers.
