I hate going there, every time if I need to get tech help on my phone, I will always call tech support first, and if they can’t fix it or help I have no choice but to go here, but they are more into sale stuff then try to help what customer needs.

Friendly service as always. Parking can be hard if it’s a busy day since it’s located in a small strip mall. Spots are taken fast. After you walk in, you have to take a number like the DMV to get service because this is a location that not only sells phones, helps explain services, they do repairs too. It can get very busy.
I’ve never had a problem with how they treat me. If you have a Sprint contract and need to get your phone serviced or repaired and you live in the area, this is the store you want.

Gig Harbor, WA
Although I’ve never used this place to buy a phone I have had several of their employees come into my place of business and they are all really nice & social. If they carry these traits outside of work I’m sure they do @ work as well. If you need to join Sprint stop in the mall location.
