Food is delicious, I like the Honey walnut chicken and the beef, it’s tasty, the fried rice was OK but fried noodle is better, I was expecting more entrees choices, I hope they have more choices in future, dine in here is good, clean and comfortable

When my wife comes through the drive thru, I fully expect the order to be accurate. When we say 2 egg rolls, we don’t mean just give us one. They owe us an egg roll. Cant deal with paying bridge roll twice to fix a mistake they made. Hunan garden and Kyoto and mizu are way better! Dont give this location business, the gig harbor one is way better

The food is okay. It’s edible. I like their Beijing Beef, but they are always out and I would have to wait like 10 minutes for a new batch. The fried rice is dry and is very bland. The orange chicken seems overcooked. They serve small portion compared to other places. The Chow Mein taste like Top Ramen. Its a convenient place to have lunch. I found a one dollar Chinese restaurant that taste better. They best thing I like about Panda Express is that they have a drive thru!!! Omg! I don’t think I found another Chinese restaurant with a drive thru.

Food was cooked well, facility was very clean, and people were very friendly. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of what most people have said, the cost vs. portion sizes are not good. If you get more than two items a side and a drink you are spending over $ 10…that’s not including the speciality items that I got. I spend almost $ 13 for lunch for myself. The cost threw me off so much that I almost turned it down, but it’s my birthday so happy birthday to me :)

How are you going to run out of rice? And then have it be a 20 minute wait until you get more. Rice is more than half of nearly every meal. Very unsatisfied and we left without ordering.

Service was short and sweet. Very professional and prompt took my order and it was on the spot.

I was very unimpressed. The better dishes were all spicy, the chow mein was dry. The food was so so. I won’t be back

I have had countless bad experiences at this restaurant. I keep trying to go back because they offer rice and veggies, seemingly healthier and more substantial fast food options, but despite my ongoing optimism, I am disappointed. The portions are smaller than you would expect for the price, and the flavor and quality of meat inferior. Also, the veggies that would be a welcome healthier alternative are always undercooked, not like al dente but can’t pierce them with a fork undercooked. I tend to order the higher end entrees in hope of getting edible food, but even then I end up tossing it out despite having paid a dollar more for better meat.

I realize that Panda Express is not fine dining, but that’s not why I go. I like the taste now and then, and I like the speed that the food is prepared. I’ve had Panda Express around the country but this location has to be THEWORST in the entire chain. The employees have been uncaring, unhelpful, and snippy. The portions have been small, inconsistently spiced, and less than warm. Tonight the guy who took my order through at the drive through didn’t say one word to me as I was at the window. He wordlessly took my money, gave change and then flung the band through the window without saying a thing. I wasn’t even sure if our transaction was done because he hadn’t said one thing, not even a grunt or snicker or sneer. Nothing. And when I got home only one of the two entrée items was in the box. What a waste of time. Obviously this location suffers from a pervasive climate of anger that gets passed onto the customers who are valueless to them. This must start at the top, either corporate or the local managers/owners. Whatever the case, this place won’t get better until EVERYONE there is fired or quits. They just don’t care about the customer. This is one the corporate office needs to visit and wipe the slate clean.

For the last 3 years I have struggled with the portion sizes. They report that it’s out of their control and that its a corporate decision. I like that they try to avoid MSG, and the food is good for drive thru fast food. What I don’t like is the portions relative to cost. Because the portions are so small, it could take two; 3 entrée plates to satisfy in a hungry moment. The to go containers are shallow by design. Small portions appear to be on purpose. The portion Size needs to addressed.

Even though on the website and on the door it says they close at 9:30 the doors were locked and open sign was off at 8:30. They saw us trying to get in so they opened the door without saying anything and when I asked why, Chelsea just looked at us like we were stupid and said well we close at 9.

I was not happy at all with this one. It was my first time ever eating at a panda express and I was not impressed. The food was good. But the people were very tough to get past. will never go back to this one!

They will make the entrees fresh if you ask them. I noticed the beef and broccoli were sitting out for a long time and she offered to make a fresh batch with no hesitation. Good service :-)

5 stars for a Panda Express… no, it’s not a 5 star as compared to some other Asian restaurants, but the rating is relative to other Pandas out there I’ve been to. They are fresh, if you ask for fresh… If you think the Green Bean Chicken looks dried out, as them to make some fresh, and they will. Any Panda will. Any Panda will also make whatever you want, if they don’t have it out at the time. This Panda is always friendly. I don’t eat fast food… ever. Panda is the closest to any fast food I’ll do, and I don’t feel horrible because I can get loads of fresh vegetables and real meat. The sauces and gravies are varied and flavourful.

Ralllllph!!! I think I’m going to get sick. Went here on my way to Bremerton one day, it was close to the highway and quick so I stopped in. Got a couple chicken entrees with rice and noodles and an egg roll. The chicken wasn’t fresh and hot, but more like lukewarm and chewy. The egg roll was so hard I could have used it as a hammer lol. I was pretty disappointed, but ate my rice and noodles. Too bad because I love their orange chicken. I would go back during busier hours so I’d be more likely to get fresher food. On a positive note — the gal who worked there was very nice and greeted me with a smile and the place was very clean. If it weren’t for that I would’ve given them 2 stars based on food quality alone.

Panda express is usually a good chinese place when you don’t really know any other good chinese places; they have a standard menu in every restaurant, it’s clean inside, and you know what to expect. It’s pretty rare to come across a problem during a meal there – at least, no more likely than at any other chain restaurant. For some reason the chow mein noodles here taste exactly like ramen noodles with soy sauce on them(yes, the 20 cent kind) and do very bad things to your stomach after an hour or two of being in there. Never had bad noodles at any other Panda Express, even when they were a little old… these were just weird. The mushroom chicken was made of mushrooms and something that was not chicken. It was soggy and sticky and tasteless, and it felt like something that had been defrosted and re-frozen several times over the last years. The teriyaki chicken was Ok – pretty hard to ruin teriyaki. The meal as a whole made the rest of the evening uncomfortable and did not inspire a return trip. It’s clean inside and large enough for a lot of people, including families and parties, but even so I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maybe it would be better to drive out of town and try somewhere else.

I come here once a week before I head to work. This place is not that busy so I like how I don’t have to wait in line for long and most of their items are ready to serve. Also the employees seem nice enough. My favorite Americanized Chinese place. *note to other Unilocalers– many people have unfavorable tendency toward franchise restaurants… Only because they had bad experiences at other location doesn’t mean different location is same. Most franchised restaurants are owned by hard working individuals and family. So please keep that in mind! Your reviews are critical to the business.

2nd time here, oddly enough much cleaner and friendlier but pricey for this type if fast food Chinese. My daughter and friend enjoy the good but it’s below mediocre to me, I prefer traditional Chinese food. Maybe I’m biased.

I would stay clear of this place. Last time, I got my order to go and come to find out the order was wrong and some of the food tasted like it has been sitting out. The manager at the time(female) told me to come in and I could get another meal for free on my next visit. I went in tonight to get that free meal and the little, chubby, Asian manager was a prick. He started loading up my to-go box with whatever he wanted and had an attitude like I was wasting his time. I don’t know why he’d be mad? I was the ONLY person there at that time. Dude needs to relax, get a bigger blue work shirt, and let his man boobs breathe a little bit. Will never go back!!!

I had never been to Panda Express before so I was very unfamiliar about their menu before going through their drive up. First, the drive-up menu was so foggy from condensation that I couldn’t read it. The menu is also not very helpful in figuring out what you might want. I only wanted to order two items, but it was not clear from the menu that when I did that, I was ordering a «bowl» of those two items. I ordered fried rice and a chicken dish. The woman taking my order did not clarify either that this meant these two items would be piled into the same bowl. I pulled up to the window to pay and I’m not sure if the car in front of my had ordered the entire menu, or if they were just SLOW, but it took what felt like forever for them to get their food. Then, when the woman handed me my items, I was a bit horrified to find out that I had ordered a bowl! The woman didn’t seem the least concerned that I had not gotten what I was hoping for. Finally, when I got home and opened the bowl… the chicken part, which was supposed to be the«entrée» of the bowl, barely covered the fried rice. The bowl was probably 80% fried rice and only 20% chicken. I would have hoped that since my «entrée» was chicken, that it would have occupied more space than my «side» of fried rice. I’m not sure I will be heading back here. Giving it 2 stars because it’s certainly better than a grocery store, but not much.
