We had a great time here for my daughters 5^th birthday. It was a Tuesday so we didn’t have her party here. We came to celebrate with just our little family. It doesn’t look like anything special on the outside but inside is a world of fun for the little ones. We didn’t use the jungle gym area. We just did the arcade games and laser tag. Laser Tag was only 13 $ for 3 of us for 2 games each. Not bad! Definitely beats the cost of family fun center in Tukwila. The arcade area however doesn’t beat FFC. There was a small section of games but they had some newer games like fruit ninja, deal or no deal and Kung fu panda. Prize selection was limited but I did think the prices were good. Mermaid Barbie (knock off) was only about 500 tickets. Not bad? Also the course for the laser tag was pretty small. Not as large as FFC. They said there were bases to shoot and destroy. Never saw those. It’s great here for younger kids. I could see kids ages 13+ getting bored easily

Went here to play laser tag with friends. We didn’t know it was equivalent with a Chuck E. Cheese place for kids lol. We went on a Saturday of a 3-​day weekend so it was really busy. We had to wait a while to play laser tag but it wasn’t too bad. The place is what to expect for a kid event but we still had a lot of fun. Not as big as other laser tag rooms but big enough! When you check in on Unilocal we received 5 free tokens to play games. Nice little perk while waiting for laser tag. Good back up spot if you can’t find any other laser tag joint

How can you not spend at least five hours here. Is inexpensive food to eat his hot dogs are $ 0.99! You can’t beat that slushies are under $ 2 for a small kids size. Other food items are also kids size and even have individual pieces among many other menu item. Huge play area for the kiddos, as well as an arcade area where you can earn tokens to get prizes after words.
There are birthday rooms you have to reserve for birthday parties. and tables to this app if you’re not in a party and just want to sit down. They’re also chairs to sit in while the kids. They’re also chairs to sit in while the kids play. And of course they have bathrooms. Staff is well mannered and polite and very helpful. I had an issue that was quickly resolved

This place is a nightmare. Went here with a Groupon. Management was the worst, pizza is bad, and in general a pretty dirty place for the kids.

Just went here for a birthday party during the week. The kids at the party were 4 & 5 and they all had a blast! It was nice and quiet because the party was at 10:30am so hardly anyone was there. Only bummer was that they don’t offer actual ‘parties’ unless it’s in the evening or on weekends. It seemed nice and clean and the play area was huge. My daughter had a fantastic time. Seems like it would be pretty crazy on the weekends though. I have seen Groupons for them in the past so keep your eyes open for those!

So this place is something you expect to be, My brother in law got group on for this place and we went here in the morning. Kids played in the play area for 3+ hours and they were still excited to be there.
I will suggest you to go early as later in the day, it gets overcrowded and kid starts loosing the interest.
Laser tag was good too but we were only able to spend 10 mins inside.
Overall a good place to spend the time with kids but do go early to avoid rush and long queues

I bought a groupon for this place because the offer was pretty sweet (17.60 $. For medium 2 topping pizza and pitcher of soda and laser tag for 4). I didn’t really know what to expect but my fiancé and I were absolutely amazed when we got there! Not to mention our 6 year old who was literally a kid at the candy store! Everyone was super friendly and the pizza was great. We were kinda expecting just laser tag but they also have a humongous jungle gym and games with tickets and prizes. You could easily spend the majority of the day here with your kids and not break the bank. They also do birthday parties. Thankyou so much odyssey 1. WE WILL BE BACK!

orrible customer service. We were told multiple times that we were allowed to bring our own cake in for our son’s birthday party. When we arrived and had everything set up, they told us we HAD to buy their birthday package pricing, eventhough we did not want it and bought our pizza, etc. So, all along they were clearly in the wrong. To them policy was way more important than a happy and paying customer. I will not be using them in the future for my child’s birthday, and would recommend other places that don’t have so many odd and unreasonable rules. Other places don’t seem to have nearly as many rules for bringing in your own cake, as long as you are purchasing their food and drink. Stay clear of this establishment and their inflexible rules, and staff that is not empowered to make the right call regardless of policy.

The location of this place is in a delapidated, semi abandoned shopping mall where, galaxy theaters used to be, so that makes it sort of a turn off. However, the actual place inside is pretty nice with a huge, multilevel play pen for kids which is a lot of fun for any age really. The lack of child supervision from parents of older kids makes it a little tough for kids 5 and younger, but what can you do. My kids really enjoy going here and we spend a couple hours here every time.

Overall not very clean or kept up. Chairs need new cushions, floors dirty, etc. My daughter had fun though & that’s really all that matters. Their birthday packages are super affordable (compared to other places) when I looked at the flyer.

For the money (a little over $ 20 for three kids, no time limit), this is a really good place for children to play on a rainy day. There’s only one way in and out, so they can’t escape, either. I know some people have complained about the condition of the equipment, but it’s really not too bad. As with most things, you get what you pay for.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid for 6 people to play laser tag at 3:35. Went back & checked in with the laser tag attendant who explained a birthday party group would be going before us (absolutely no problem) & to have a seat by their desk & it would be 10 – 20 minutes.
We waited 20 minutes, and watched the bday group come & go, then a new group of 3 separate parties play & leave.
So I went back up to the laser tag desk, which a new attendant was manning, I explained the situation & asked if it was our turn. She said my name wasn’t on the list & that 3 more groups were ahead of us.
I asked her if at least 3 of us could fit into play since we had already been waiting 45 minutes, she says“I don’t know what to tell you, someone didn’t do their job and you’re not on the list.” I asked for a manager & 15 minutes later my son & 2 friends were brought into play.
Horrible service for the $ 50 I paid!

A whole lot of people. My kids split up on me and it was hard to watch my little one (2 years old) and my big one (4 years old). Had fun even though the big kids didn’t really give the little kids much room to play in the play ground area but we had a great time.

I never realized the left side of this place was a huge play pen for small kids. I brought my god daughter here on a rainy day and let her play in that thing for an hour. There’s a sign posted saying something about children 4 and under needed to be watched by their parents. Yea… that didn’t happen. I saw kids pushing and fighting, which is normal, but a lot of that could have been prevented with some supervision.
The right side of this place is an arcade. And there is a decent sized laser tag room as well. I’ve been here with a group of friends just for that reason alone. Pretty fun.

This is my new favorite place to take my little one to play and burn off energy! LOVE IT!
The jungle gym is huge and he has a blast going through all the tunnels and such. It’s nice there is only one entrance/​exit to the area so I can be certain LO hasn’t left the area. My little guys sleeps so good after playing here for hours and he becomes super independent not needing me to «play with him» because there is so much to do in the jungle gym.
I think it’s great that mostly teenagers work there– that’s who are best with the kids and have the ability and energy to keep up!
Prices are great too and to the person saying «you get what you pay for» when paying for a party it’s probably best to read what is included in the description– pretty easy to do. Ask the kids if they had a good time and I’m certain it’s worth the price paid!
I only wish I could buy an annual membership here!
Only suggestion I have is to have a few more people working on rainy weekend days and if possible add another ticket eating machine somewhere in the arcade.

This was the first time we have been here, and I will say its the best for toddlers. Friends and family will sure love this place, inexpensive family fun.

Where to begin… (Sigh)
Recently hosted my daughters 11^th birthday here. Prior to this, I’ve been here once, years ago for a play date and I remember my experience was very different.
Let’s start with the positives. They have a very good size jungle gym designed for ages 3 to 12 years of age. Enough crawl space and tunnels to entertain a child for hours. The play area is gated so younger children cannot leave as easy unless an adult opens the gate.
They offer party packages which include tokens, jungle gym access, pizza and drinks, and laser tag for additional discounted price. I won’t quote the exact cost but let’s just say a party of 15 kids with laser tag will cost you less than $ 300 for the entire package. Package also includes a party host which will help set up, cut cake, bring food & drinks, and announcements.
As for the positives I think that’s all I can think of…
Now for the negatives… First and foremost, I honestly don’t remember the location of this venue to be so, let’s just say «in the slums» not the best area to be in, so lock your cars and hide your valuables! Times have changed and so have their surroundings, I believe their exterior building can use cosmetic updates to look more inviting. The interior is not very cleanly and sanitized, some of the tables, and floors look like they could use some deep cleaning, along with jungle gym matts and padded floors.
The staff was friendly, in a sense. But it was very hard to differentiate the employees from the children playing, meaning their staff are extremely young and still young minded. I’d say the manager looked about 17 years old and was a little awkward to do business with. Not that I’m being judgmental but I believe that uniforms should be fitting, clean, and presentable. Tuck in your shirt, pull up your pants when on the clock.
While waiting for guest to arrive we ordered nachos for a snack and the chips tasted really stale, let alone the cheese displayed this odd texture that almost looked partially melted using room temperature. Bottom line, I don’t recommend it. Along with the package came 3 two topping pizzas which I admit we’re alright, looked very unsavory and dry but was actually quite delicious.
One of the biggest FLAWS was the confusion about who is supplying the cake. We were under the impression that desert/​birthday cake was to be included in the party package like all other play venue packages, of course it wasn’t. Luckily there was a Fred Meyers close by and we were able to pick one up.
In conclusion, package was cheap but you get what you pay for, bad service, unorganized facility, bad food, and a slight regret.
Wouldn’t recommend at all, and most likely will not be returning. If your looking for an awesome jungle gym party venue I suggest «Charlie Safari» in Lacey, or «Family Fun Center» in Tukwila.

My daughter has great time every time we come here despite getting knocked over by children much older while she’s in the 4 and under zone…
We enjoy the little food court and the pizza is always good and made fresh to order. Love the watermelon slushie machine! No one ever has watermelon! We also love the churros.
I do agree with some other reviewers that the place could use some cleaning. Also, a little regulating on the toddler section. There are kids going in there much bigger than what the age limit is for that area. Knocking little ones over. If parents would pay more mind to their children this place would be a lot more fun. I think Odyssey 1 should add a place for babies/​young crawlers. Also more chairs for parents to sit. It gets busy on weekends. Sometimes finding a seat in the play area is hard.

I go here from time to time (not as much since I moved farther north) for the laser tag; it’s also where I proposed to my wife (yes, at laser tag. Best proposal ever, be jealous). The prices are good and it’s a fun place.
Let’s not bash a business based on some one-​sided journalism.

Yes, this place seems out of place and definately outdated but I like the feel much better than the overly crowded franchise Chuck e Cheese.
If you are looking for a way to have your kids expel some energy and can’t do it outdoors to due our lovely Northwest weather, this is a great place to visit!
