McDonald’s

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to I have to stop there every once in awhile and it always takes forever to get my order!

I like to drink caramel frappé and everytime I come here at night time to order it their machine is always down. I have to drive 20 minutes to a different McDonald’s just to get my frappé fix.

Been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Employees were seriously rude and even took another order before mine while I sat at the speaker for 6 minutes.

The food is what it is. Good, bad, hot, cold, whatever. It tastes the same and the stars aren’t going to reflect the food at all. I’m reviewing this establishment on cleanliness, amenities and service.
I stopped in because my crummy Mariners scored 5 runs in a losing effort so the app notifies me of their effort and rewards the consumer with a free medium fry if I choose to stop. The app itself was also offering a free menu sandwich as well, so a stop was imminent. Also an excuse to feed the boys a unhealthy dinner in which I’d be rewarded as the dad who stopped and they get a free toy as well.
We don’t frequent it so it was a nice treat for them. The place has a pretty nice play toy. I posted a couple of pictures. Climbing up with a slide and rooms as well. A bucket that you could control was the first time I had seen that. Impressive McDonald’s.
THE NOT SO IMPRESSIVE… was the fried fly that appeared in my sons small fry. It happens. I get it. Hot summer days, one is bound to get in there. The management was shocked and very apologetic and I just wanted to bring it to their attention without expectation. The willingness to seek me out in the Restuarant and offer me free meals was what I appreciated. I don’t think I’ll come back to this one in particular… who am I kidding, I probably will. I don’t prefer too though because this place is in an absolutely terrible neighborhood and the bus stop outside is full of interesting characters. I mean as I was walking in, I saw a guy smoking weed in his vehicle in the drive through and another guy sleeping next to the bus stop. The 6pm. Unless he’s working a graveyard, he shouldn’t be sleeping, not at the McDonald’s at least.
The place could be cleaner. It wasn’t too busy at all and there is no excuse for it to be as it was with it being that slow. Table tops dirty and the floor was sticky up by the counter.
An overall average experience from the Golden Arches. It’s truly a 1 to 2 star place but I appreciated the gesture.

Worst McDonald’s experience EVER! No Special sauce on the Big Mac? Rock hard buns. Cheese not melted. Old quarter pounder with cheese. One cashier with 8 people waiting? I’ve had better service at the DMV

Gotta be the worst store in the chain. They almost always get my order wrong in the drive through. Even when I order just one thing they seem to mess it up. Typical McDonald’s quality with terrible quality control. The drive through is crowded and is slow. Please can someone double check my order to make sure it is at least close to what I ordered? I guess the Hamburglar has been quite busy at this location. Please re-​hire Mayor McCheese to oversee the drive thru.
Wow, I am never going here again. I ordered 1 sausage egg muffin and a bacon egg cheese biscuit with a hash brown. Simple right? Nope received 1 sausage egg muffin and 1 hash brown. They have managed to screw up every order I have placed there through their drive thru.

This McDonald’s is not bad, I mean it is like every other McDonald’s. Yes, you will have slow times when they have their rush. But, I have experienced this at any other McDonald’s that I go to.
I have yet to have a rude person here. Staff is friendly and: most: of the employees look clean. There are a few that look dirty, but once again, it is McDonald’s. I have not witnessed anything dirty. Only thing that is usually dirty, is the tables. But high volume restaurants will be like that.
REASON, I have this as a 3 star you may be wondering by now?! It is because of the Seahawks tattoos and decals that they give you. If I order a large meal of expect my things to be in there. If they could fix this one issue I would knock this up to 4stars. The other thing to bump to 5stars would be cleanliness. Get real though that won’t happen, but at least get an easy 4.

This is probably the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure how they do it — maybe they start cooking your food when you get to the window? Also, make sure to check your bag before you drive off if you go through the drive-​through. Somehow they always seem to forget something.

The staff is friendly, but the order accuracy is horrible. This location is only 1 mile from my house, but I go out to other locations to make sure the order is right.

Absolutely the most distgusting McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Parking & drive-​thru situation is crazy… there is probably a couple of wrecks a day in it. Everything was filthy dirty! Bathrooms vomit-inducing…Employees taking breaks in groups in the dining room — no service at counter (waited over 5 minutes to place an order). Employees outside the door smoking… there is no way I’d ever go back to this McDonalds!

This store is situated on a very high volume location. There are major bus routes in every direction and it is always busy at this major intersection which leads into downtown Tacoma. My experience has had very fast and prompt service. I have never had ANY issues with service or my orders over the many years that I have been patronizing. I don’t know why the Unilocaler haters are so critical. I have not seen any of their complaints when I frequent. Note to first timers: If it is busy and there are many people waiting at the drive thru then it is busy. Expect a delay in your order.

Wish Unilocal would allow zero stars because this McDonald’s certainly deserves a zero star rating. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty and the children’s play area was both dirty and out of hand sanitizing wipes. I asked the manager if they could refill the wipes and she abruptly responded with «we’re out and don’t have any more». When I asked if there was some sort of regulation on carrying sanitizing wipes or liquid, she stated (again, abruptly) «nope, we’re not required to carry anything, sorry». I noticed that the clientele at this McDonald’s is fairly low brow and of bottom feeder socio-​econ but when the staff and management match the clientele in attitude and persona you just know something’s going to go wrong. Avoid at all costs if you can for your health and sanity.

I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star. This has got to be, by far, the worst McDonalds ever. Please tell me why no matter what time of day I come they are serving the opposite food of what I’m looking for. If I stop at 1am, I can only order breakfast, same with 9:55am. But, when I’m there (waiting from 10:34 — 10:57am) I can’t order lunch. What the h*** kind of sense does that make? McFail.

I go here for the convenience. drive through is ok… Once they had me wait after going through the drive through. I waited roughly about 15 min for a McChicken and fries. Had to go inside and ask what happened.
I usually am packing if i have to walk here. (yes i have a cwp) the bus station that is very close to their doors. Lots of wellfare/​beggers at the bus stop. sometimes they are very persistent asking for money.

As stated in other reviews — my guilty pleasure is mcds :) So I’ve been to the few in my area all on more than one occasion. so I know a thing or two about uhm.
Nope. Uh-​uh. This Mcdonalds is the closest to my house, but I will not eat here. I gave them way more than three strikes — and every time they have messed something up on my order. It’s gotten so ridiculous that once when I ordered a cheese burger, I got fried chicken on it instead. Yes, fried chicken. Needless to say it was gross. (Chicken and mustard and ketchup don’t mix) Ordering sauce with anything? Don’t expect to get it — ever. Drive through is *always* a long wait and staff is rude. If you ask for a straw they act like your insulting their intelligence or something. yeesh. Don’t go here unless you like horrible food and horrible service.
If I could give this place less than one star I would. That’s how horrible this McDonalds is.

I USED TO love this place! But over the years it’s become one of the biggest hangouts for drug dealers, prostitutes, tweakers, panhandlers and homeless people in Tacoma! I don’t think a day goes by when they don’t have to call the cops about someone.
Any McDonald’s can get new employees who aren’t the best with people, but this is typical for fast food places. But this particular McDonald’s seems to hire the rudest of the candidates! I’ve been eating at McDonald’s since the late 60’s, and I have to say THIS one is about the worst there is when it comes to customer service and making sure you’re happy! And the managers wouldn’t smile and be cheerful if you paid them to!
Besides customer service that isn’t even close to decent, you have to deal with all the homeless people and panhandlers, not to mention the drug dealers and tweakers that seem to congregate here on any given day, 24 hours. It’s not uncommon to find junkies shooting dope in the restrooms. And almost daily, someone cuts the safety straps off the baby changing stations to use as a tie-​off for their drug shooting. I don’t think I have been in this place even ONE time in 10 years without someone asking me for a cigarette, spare change, a few bucks, a cell phone charger, to borrow my phone, or other stuff.
THIS location was the second McDonald’s in Pierce County, originally built in 1965 (rebuilt a few times over the years), but it only started getting bad in the last 8 – 10 years.
Oh, and it might be best to go through the drive-​thru rather than park in their lot if you have a nice car! My car was hit 3 different times in this lot in less than 2 years, and of course all 3 times the creep drove away without saying something. Sometimes if you MUST go inside (after you dodge all the creepy people out front), you might want to park across the street.

Man, what a night, I had! I just got done with dance practice for PAYO (Pilipino American Youth Organization), so I was on my way home. and on top of that i got lost, haha! so I made one illegal turn, I think it was an okay turn, I don’t know. But anyways, that was besides the point I get a couple of calls and I was like okay.
I was suppose to go to Seattle, but i didnt want to drive all the way up there, by my lonesome. Kinda scary, especially by myself. So i was on my merry way, my mother calls me to buy her some food at McDonalds and so i did.
The lady who served me was so rude. I was like MaYn, what is YOUR problem. well i didnt say that, it’s just the fact she had bad customer service skills. i mean i use to work fast food and i know how it worked. didnt ask me how i was doing. i know that they were busy. and plus she charged me for something i didnt pay for me. so then they had to reimburse me for what she charged me. the managers took care of that. wow what a long wait. kinda crazy, bleh! then on top of that, i was on my way home. i was home. checked the reciept and the freaking lady charged me for an extra double cheeseburger that i didnt order. guess she was distracted. so i went back to the place. and all of a sudden, the manager gave me a free meal for next time. so i’m like cool. all gravy, free meal for next time. i mean i wasn’t on planning on staying at the drive thru that long. i know it was busy and all, but sheesh. oh well hope her managers spoke with her bout her bad attitude. well i’m out. just had to vent for awhile. dang… well g’nite!
