John takes his time and does it right. We rent and the manager send «their guys» out once a year. And then we call John to do it right! We feel his prices are great, the quality of service is excellent and he doesn’t make us feel badly about the d fog who insists on peeing on the carpet!

I rarely take time out of my busy life to post reviews but John at Magic Carpet Cleaning is worth it! Decided to go with Magic Carpet versus a big name cleaner because of the Unilocal reviews, John’s quick response to my inquiry and the significant cost savings. Our carpets were a mess because of our sick dog and we needed help asap! John was willing to come out the next day, was very professional and easy to work with — friendly but focused on the work. He arrived right on time and was in and out quickly even though we added some work for him (the back seat of the car!) The carpets look and smell great (light fragrance). VERY pleased with the whole experience and will definitely use Magic Carpet Cleaning again.
