History

Established in 1995.

Springtime has been a family owned company since 1995. We started out installing landscape gardens, and landscape maintenance. Our customers included the City of Mercer Island, sports figures and many other wonderful customers. When demand started to grow customers needed more.

In 1994 customers started expanding our services to installing concrete driveways, paver driveways, asphalt repair, ponds, fences, and curb repair. We have been in Sunset Magazine and the local newspaper for the landscape gardens we have done.

As a family we wanted to add an industry that tends to be more steady work. In 1997 we added parking lot sweeping and day porting. We have noticed that landscape maintenance and parking lot sweeping work hand in hand. During leaf season sweeping can help the landscape specialist. When it is summer the landscape specialist can help the sweeping.

Has 20 years experience in landscape maintenance working as an employee and as a business owner. Projects he has done landscape maintenance at are Target, Costco, many shopping and office centers.

I wanted to expand Springtime into different industries. I started a sweeping service and the response has been incredible. The only thing I did was take my same concept from landscape maintenance. That was communicate with your customers, provide dependable, top quality service, with ambition, and with the up most integrity.
