Horrible Horrible horrible customer service. I came in with a design and put money down on a window sticker ($ 90) had an issue arise (Nofualt of their own) and asked for my money back the same day before they ever started to work on it! OK fine I can use it on another vehicle no big deal. It took them weeks to get me a proof. once I had the proof and I gave them approval to make it, it took another couple of weeks to make. once they called to schedule I said I will have to consult my wife to get it in there. I call to schedule and they said they don’t install on Fridays. OK I suppose that’s OK even thought that is my only time I had time to get it in. jump through hoops to get it in on Wednesday at 10am. bring it in. they said we will need it all day. I ask why and thy say they just do (rudly) OK fine. on my way home I drive by at 1pm and the car has not moved. I’m a very busy person and schedule is important. I could have scheduled for! pm or later. I call at 3:30 to find out if its done. Because once again meeting at 4;30 cant have it there til then. the main blond receptionist is bluntly rude when I ask why it wont be done till 4:30 then hangs up on me. I call to ask for the manager. put on hold and no manager in according to her.
This company has no ethics and is a waste of time.
I found a company around the corner on 38^th street that had my proofs and install done quick and promptly with no fuss, and they where cheaper and friendlier.
