Firestone Complete Auto Care

They try to charge 100 just for a diagnostic. I’m young, not stupid. I can buy the machine to do it myself for less than $ 15 on Amazon or just go to an auto supply store to do it for me. And he made it seem like it was my loss to not give him my money for no reason.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I got my Tire changed and the TPMS light would not turn off after a few minutes of driving… so we went back and they reset it… The light was still ON! So I called and they said to drive it for 20 mins straight and if it doesn’t turn on to go to a Jeep dealership… I drove it home and the passenger tire was DEFLATED. They are all new tires no punctures or Holes (we took it off and put a spare and filled the deflated one with air and it’s now perfect… no air loss what so ever)…I don’t know what they did but somehow the air was leaking out near the valve … It was completely fine before I went back… We won’t even bother to go back to them… They weren’t even friendly and they had the «well your a girl so you probably don’t know shit about cars» attitude. If there was a Half star I would give them that. Horrible!

Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. If your looking for «fast and friendly», this is not the service center for you. Over priced and high tension. Did not feel like they wanted my business or put in the effort to gain it. The two people that are working looked miserable and hate their jobs. On the good side, their empty waiting area looks nice and comfortable.

Took two sets of wheels here to get the tires taken off one set and put onto the other. Dropped them off at noon and it took them until right before closing at 6pm to call and let us know they didn’t have the equipment and we needed to go to the other shop in puyallup. They didn’t even manage to take the tires off. So now I have to haul two sets of wheels home unload them and then go to the other shop because they are now all closed. If they would have called an hour or two later I would have no issue because I could of taken them to the other shop before they closed. I have always gone here and I will never return horrible customer service. The workers watch me and my boyfriend load the wheels into our cars and never said a word. We could have been stealing them for all they knew.

I had gone here to get them to fix something that went wrong with what I got fixed at a different Firestone, I was totally expecting to be here over a hour to get this done, and that wasn’t pleasant thought as I had to be somewhere at a certain time,
As I pulled in, there was one of there workers that was outside, and he was able to get me in the bay in and out real fast and everything working right, so was very pleased about that, I would Highly recommend this Firestone!

Horrible service and they charge you for things other places do for free
I had a nail in my tire and it was going flat
They wanted to charge me $ 30
They would rather me drive with a flat tire then

I went to les Schwab tires and they fixed it for free

Had to come back for another alignment and once again excellence service. Staff gave me safety glasses and allowed me to adjust my set up as my request!
