Stopped in for a quick pregame bite & bev. The service was prompt and friendly, the food was hot, and delicious as expected. Our server Nick was friendly, accommodating and professional. Exactly the experience we craved today. Keep it up BO Tacoma!

The wait at the Ram was long and this place had a lot of open seats. Menu was pretty limited for a place that specializes in burgers. Portions were good and the burger was cooked well. Service was lackluster. Lots of TVs and makes for a good sports bar. Not really a ton of options when compared to similar restaurants. I’ll go back and give it a shot. The game burgers seemed interesting and make me want to go back.

Went here Saturday evening. There was a 20 minute wait for 2 people so we decided to sit in the lounge. Service was amazing fast order taking(to fast in my opinion) drinks always refilled without asking. Any how I gave 2 stars because the food was disgusting. Teriyaki Swiss chicken sandwich was a joke. No teriyaki flavor on the patty at all, thick«teriyaki» sauce was spread on the buns which made them soggy and inedible. The chicken breast was burnt, couldn’t even finish the meal due to the bread falling off. My bf said his sandwich reminded him of a mini salad due to its heaping portion of lettuce which had to be removed. We use to come her in 2013& it was great when it just opened now the food seems to be going downhill.

My husband and I were looking for a burger joint and decided to try Blazing Onion, the restaurant was clean and not overly noisy, our waiter Kyle, was that rarest of all creatures, a polite teenager, and the burgers were fantastic! I ordered the Bacon Bleu burger which came with a mountain of Bleu cheese, yum! My husband got the Mediterranean Lamb burger, that was perfectly seasoned and tasty. We got sweet potato fries and topped off with Mac and Jack African Amber. We totally enjoyed the meal and definitely will return.

It’s like any other food chain that you can find around the mall, nothing special nothing that would make me crave my way back to Tacoma. I sat in the bar and it was terrible service. My server said it’s bc a lot of ppl came in at once which I don’t doubt it just took forever for drinks and my food. I’d come here if I was shopping and if the other restaurants around were too busy or closed.

I kind of had higher expectations since multiple people told me this place was off the chain. Upon getting here, my party was already seated, so my family and I just had to look for them. Once we got seated and had gotten our drinks served, my bf accidentally spilled his drink on the table. We let the waitresses know that we needed a rag and instead of them offering to help us, everyone I was with cleaned it up instead. Also, while ordering the food, our waitress kind of cut off my bf’s sister in law to assist with the table behind us that was getting their meal. It was just kind of rude. The food was good and I will give it that. My bf’s onion petals were a little burnt but he didn’t mind so much and I enjoyed everything I got. I just hope for the next time, minor things on service won’t happen because I would definitely be back for the food.

Kind of hate this mall. Traffic usually sucks, so does parking. We got the flatbread appetizer. It was luke warm and could have spent a couple extra minutes in the oven, but was OK overall. The mac and cheese was decent, but on the watery side. I think it could have been a little thicker and gooier. The burger was well seasoned and tasty. The garlic fries on the side had a ridiculous amount of nearly-raw garlic. The scent alone was unappetizing – and I’m a garlic fan. Beer selection was OK for a chain. Service was good, but my date could have gotten her 2nd round a little bit sooner.

Service was great, food was mediocre, drinks were tasty, and the atmosphere was awesome(despite it being really loud). All in all, great experience. 3 stars for mediocre food.

I stopped in here one afternoon to grab lunch I never been to this restaurant before and I’m glad I found it! They have a pretty good homemade veggie burger with endless fries and dipping sauce. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. We sat in the bar area there were plenty of flat screens throughout the bar so regardless were you sat there is a perfect view of a game. I definitely will be back!

Loved this place. It was our first time going and we went to the bar. The waitress was extremely nice and helpful and was always checking on us. Food was so delicious and hot when it came out. We did get the cheesy mozzarella bread as an appetizer and we asked for no tomato sauce on it and it came with it on, but the lady took it right back and brought us out a brand new one within minutes and apologized. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It’s a sports bar, what can I say. We ended up there one afternoon and while I’m not a huge burger fan, they have lots of other stuff on the menu. Be aware that the portions are pretty darn big. The server was so nice, friendly and helpful. We were eating in the bar so often times the bartender doesn’t have time to chat. She recommended the Reuben Quesadilla which was apparently a seasonal appetizer. We were told that it was considered an appetizer but if you wanted you could add fries and it would be a meal. Both my husband and I did and I think we could have gotten by with one order. I ended up taking half of mine home with me. Absolutely delicious. Hopefully they will put this on the menu for good. Tasted just like a Reuben but without all the bread.

This place feels like Red Robin, T.G.I. Friday’s — you get the picture. I had a decent Southwestern salad that was probably enough for two people. I was impressed that they use all natural beef(Painted Hills) and chicken. And I had a very good«garden» bloody Mary, that had the aforementioned garden, and was made with cucumber vodka. The place was busy and the server was working the entire bar area — which was easily 15 – 18 occupied tables. All in all, I liked it.

I’m between a 2.5 or a 3. The burgers are pretty good, and I personally like their selection of beers(whoo mac & jacks!). The service was great too! They were lively and attentive. I came down with my parents and i got the Mediterranean lamb burger, which was delicious. It had lots of yummy vegetables and the olives were not overpowering but you can definitely taste it. I wish it had more veggies. The bread was tough to eat. I ordered mine with onion rings but they were unseasoned/bland and mushy inside! It’s called blazing ONION, let’s fix the onion rings! My mom got the mushroom burger with fries and hers was pretty good. Simple, for the mushroom lovers. The fries were a disappointment; not piping hot, not crispy or crunchy. All around unsatisfying sides. We also got hot wings as an appetizer. It was hot, crispy and juicy, but it was very very verrrryyyyyyyy salty! It’s not a bad place, and the burgers are decent for what they’re priced for, but I probably wouldn’t willingly choose to come back. I am curious as to what their other burgers taste like… But I can definitely wait.

You might be in luck if you came here for the burgers, but anything else on the menu was a huge disappointment. We started with their blazing onion bloom appetizer(I assumed this would be like outback… no where close). The onions are cut super thick and the batter was bland. My friend ordered the Italian soda and said it was amazing. I ordered a strawberry lemondrop and to my surprise, half way through, it was filled with sugar. Typically, it’s just the rim but literally half of the cup was filled with sugar crystals and color. Strange. We ordered the«build your own» mac and cheese. I had crumbled bacon($ 1.00 extra charge) and breaded chicken strips($ 3.00 extra charge) added to mine. The mac and cheese was served cold. The cheese wasn’t very cheesy until it was reheated. The bacon had to be less than half a table spoon and the chicken was literally one chicken strip cut into a few smaller pieces. My friend ordered the mac and cheese with chili and something else… I want to say onions or something. We also got fries on the side. They are thick cut but nothing special. Don’t think we’ll be back but it was worth a try to see what the rants and raves were about. On a good note, the service was pretty fast. I did see some people in training but things ran pretty smoothly.

Driving around Tacoma last night, looking for something to eat. My Husband Had the Fish and Chips with Coleslaw. He said the Coleslaw was really tasty and had Cilantro which he thought was a nice touch. The Fish tasted pretty good. First batch of fries not so good, and there where free refills on the Fries and the second basket was Hot and Fresh. I ordered the Meatloaf Sandwich which was stacked with Meatloaf and Onion Petals on a Kaiser Roll. They also had Bison and Lamb as an option. The beef is from Painted Hills Farms in Oregon. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

My other half and I wanted to try something new before shopping around the mall, so we stopped by here. No host was available in the front, so we had to wait a minute or so. The bartender was sweet & treated us well. We had: Moonshine strawberry lemonade Kenny’s Kooler the Big Kahuna Burger Something ranch burger that had egg in it Everything was good! We will probably be back!

I’m giving this place 5 stars for the fried pickle spears and Dangerous Dave«Stress Relief» drinks! Very good, you have to give them a try. Next time I’ll have to try a burger!

Gosh, what happened?! B.O. was the only place we ate at whenever we went to the mall… But yesterday’s meal really sucked badly! I didn’t eat breakfast or lunch, and was pretty hungry by the time we came here… But my hungry self couldn’t even try to eat the mush mess of a burger. Always ordered my usual: sweet hickory bbq.(I have even uploaded how awesome the burger was on here). Today’s burger came out so nasty, I literally told my server that it tasted like @ss. Onion straws were all soggy and didn’t resemble onion straws by the time it got to my table. The buns were soaked. I know the burgers come sauce heavy here, but I’ve never had one served like this one today. It was basically like one of those burgers you order to take home, then you forget it in the car for 2 hours. It ruined my appetite and I didn’t even bother to order a new meal. Along with the bad food today, service was SLOW… And I can’t blame it on the restaurant being crowded, because it wasn’t. Oh well… And another one bites the dust.

My husband and I are definitely fans! Jalapeño artichoke dip is our absolute favorite appetizer. Wild boar burger is bomb. Their meatloaf burger was really good the first 2 times I’ve had it, but I feel like they changed their meatloaf recipe and now it’s just not that great. Bottomless fries and they carry good ranch. I love that they have those fancy soda machines because I love me some raspberry ginger ale. Service is always great too! Parking can suck since it is attached to the mall.

The hamburgers are great and large so we usually split our meals. I tried the French dip and found the juice tasty — the way I like it and the roast beef good. The service was outstanding and the place looks great. The food comes out relatively fast and we ordered an appetizer which arrived first(as it should). Who ever designed the bathroom needs to lose his/her license. The stall door opens on anyone standing at the urinal. Nothing like getting banged in the arm when you are attending to business. ;) We had the chocolate cake and it is a competition for the«Mother Load» at the Claim Jumpers restaurants — huge — easily big enough for 4+.
