Love this Big Foot! Best service! Baristas are always super friendly and fast– even with my ridiculous drink orders when I want non fat, 2 pumps each syrup, with whip, etc… This is my favorite drive through now! They know my order and get it right every time! I highly recommend you check them out! They are also really decently priced!

You can never get the same drink. Each girl makes drinks different. When you mention that the drink was made poorly the day before they do not fix it. You might get a I’m sorry at best… I have e mailed and called the company for two months. I have left over 10 messages and not got a phone call back.. By far the worst customer service I have run acrossed. pay the extra go to starbucks…

Horrible customer service here! I asked for easy ice in my drink so she handed me the cup half full! Really? It’s ok though because it’s a chain and if you notice they NEVER hire guys it’s ONLY girls. So I am okay with it all because if you want the best bang for you buck go right up the road to Crystals creations in the mc Donald’s plaza! Much better way to start your day !

Very good service here. I’ve never had a problem at this location, short lines and generally fast and friendly service. One of our preferred Bigfoot locations! Wish this would have been here during high school!
