I hired this company to put blinds in my new construction home after the home builder recommended Ed(owner). I had a great experience with my builder and mistakenly assumed that I would with Liberty too. But NO! I am still astounded with how poor the customer service is with this company. It took over 3 months to get everything finished(and I didn’t order anything extra special). Everytime I called or emailed to get an update, I never got an «i’m sorry for the delay» just excused about how busy they were. One major problem was a valance I had ordered. Apparently the men installing it had never seen one before. Instead of maybe preparing it at the shop they spent almost 5 hours at my home trying to figure it out. It was valuable time we had to take off from work to supervise the work. So far the company has come to my home SIX times to fix errors. When I called the owner to express my displeasure with the measurements of one blind, he acted like I was an idiot and huffed and puffed, «well I guess I’ll just eat the extra cost and reorder another blind.» He spoke down like he was so inconvienced by my request for the error to be fixed. It was clearly an error in measurement too because a new blind that replaced it was much better. When I expressed my overall dissatisfaction with my service, the owner kept talking over me on the phone and wouldn’t let me even finish speaking. Extremely rude and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, especially with how expensive it is. UPDATE: Other buyers in my neighborhood are also having problems with this company now. DONOTUSETHEM!!!
