This is a warning! This company is everything the last reviewer said and worse. It is the worst nightmare you can experience to have someone say they will build you a simple rectangular pool and more than 1 year later, yes 1 year, be unable to finish the job due to incompetency. The levels are wrong, the pool is crooked, the material is faulty, the pool is leaking, and to add insult to injury they just walked off the job.
We live on a hill and worry every day about structural integrity.
Please find someone else.
We, too, have to proceed with outside help for damages.

GM Gutierrez was hired as a swimming pool contractor for our property. His company and workers lacked professionalism and poor management. We had multiple issues with this contractor such as workers not showing up regularly, creating a swim lane of only 5 feet and failing to inform us that a standard swim lane is 7 feet, made decisions on the wall size of the hot tub without consulting with the owners, filled holes around the pool with large rocks when small gravel rocks are called for to be used to ensure against a sink hole, poured the pool over a deck drainage leeching field, thereby cutting off a pipe that then caused water to come up from the bottom of the pool and last but not least, left trash and debris constantly throughout the yard and in the pool structure that had to be cleaned out by another general contractor. They do not deserve to be in business and we are currently suing them for our money back.
