Culligan Water Conditioning

Patrick met with me and explained everything I needed to know about getting the RO system at my office. After installation I had 2 more requests and his team took care of it with no problems. Very easy to work with and he stopped by twice after installation to make sure I was happy. Good man.

I am selling my house and called to cancel my service. Martin told me «not to be the bearer of bad news sir but you signed a 60 month contract» which means I must continue to pay for next 42 months at $ 106.00 per month. My new house already has a permannent water system that is self flushing so I don’t need to move the service. The original salesman said nothing as he sat at my dining table and put the contract in front of me to sign and of course through the sales pitch said nothing. Its all rainbows and unicorns you will love the soft water and the drinking water system but never said you are signing up for five years. I am looking for that salesman’s card to have a little talk with him. So buyers be very cautious and aware that you will be signing up for a five year binding contract. Read the fine print.

Carlos Mendoza just stopped by our home recently and was quick to fix all our problems! He was so thorough and listened carefully to the trouble we were having and offered us the most efficient combination system (carbon tank and soft water system) to take care of our problems of hard water and high chlorine content with the best deal. Our water has never been better! No more dry hair and skin as well! I cannot thank him enough!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!! First their customer service is horrendous. They make you feel like it’s your fault the water is not working. Our drinking water filtration system has had problems multiple times. Now it had a leak and destroyed the wood under our sink and the screws were rusted. We had to replace the wood base under the sink and when we called them they say they will come to see us in 2 weeks!!! When we called them the last time to complain about not having drinking water they tell us to buy bottle water! I mean what are paying for? And as far as Culligan replacing our tanks in the garage every two weeks??? How bout every month? The sticker on the tanks reads December 30! They fail to replace the tanks ALL the time. I wish there was a choice with water filtration companies because Culligan’s customer service and service is the worst I have ever dealt with… If you have a choice I would recommend another company!

Ruby set up my home with the equipment and I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service she provided. The system is affordable and works great. I will definitely recommended it to my family and friends.

I’ve had Culligan RO for several years, but just recently decided to write a review. There was a plumbing emergency in my apartment and had to move out very quickly. Dealing with RO uninstall was an extra hassle. I called my area representative Carlos and he was very understanding. Culligan sent a technician right away, even though I was still under contract and moving the system was extra work for them. Casper worked overtime to make sure everything was moved asap and I had clean water at the new place. Great product, excellent service, professional and skilled technicians. Thank you!

Just had Patrick and John install a bottle free cooler in my office. These guys are terrific. I highly recommend the cooler and these 2 fine gentlemen.
Now our clients and I can enjoy great tasting water. No more trips to the store to buy bottled water. Great tasting, great for the environment.

Ok, first time I actually call in to have my water softener serviced because my entire house is not receiving water on the regular basis. Water pressure is extremely low and sometimes noting comes out. My plumber tells me that it’s my water softener and to call the company, which I do. I spoke to Tony who is extremely polite and tells me that I have to wait 2 WEEKS to get a service guy out to my house!!’ Freakin UNEXCEPTABLE! I’m so pissed off right now! I pay $ 50 a month for the «Privilege» program, which really means nothing. I’m looking for another company now to switch service and to have water! Oh after I asked Tony is there anything else I could do besides wait, he told me to hit the BYPASS and I’ll just receive regular water. THANKS! I can’t even push in the button. SMDH!

Had a reverse osmosis system installed in our office and this system leaked all day long my water bill went up from this system leaking water into drain, I called to have this system checked out and a technician came in multiple times and said that’s the way it supposed to work I don’t think this is cost effective especially when we are supposed to be saving water.
I had the system removed and now they are charging $ 200 for early termination fee.
Buyers be aware.

I’ve had Culligan reverse osmosis water systems in my kitchen for many years. The first one cost about $ 800 and lasted for several years until the tank quit on me. I had regular filter changes and maintenance performed by Culligan. It stopped working, and they told me the tank needed to be replaced, which I eventually did. It was expensive, costing a few hundred dollars. My brother, who installed his own RO system that he bought at a hardware store at less than half the price, told me later that the tank is quite easily fixed – something to do with the membrane inside. So, a little dishonesty here where Culligan tells it’s service guys not to do those repairs.
Then when I was having trouble with it again, their guy told me it was an old system and I should buy a new system, and he had one in the truck for a discounted price. It only had 2 canisters though. I bought it for about $ 500 and it lasted for a few years, having regular filter changes, until it started making a terrible rattling noise and I had to shut it off. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on another system at Culligan, so I just left it for awhile. When I eventually called Culligan to see about fixing it, their guy told me that it was an old system and I, again, should buy a new one. I asked if he could repair this one, because it wasn’t that old, and I’d had it shut off for about 2 years. He said he could replace all the rubber seals and filters, and I should be ok. This was for a repair cost of over $ 400. Yikes! For that amount, one would think it would be good as new.
When he left, it worked fine. However, about 7 days later it began to make that shaking rumbling noise again. It got worse and worse. I called Culligan and they sent a representative. He told me that a part needed replacing, and they didn’t have it anymore, so I had no option but to buy a new system. Hmmmm, I’d spent close to $ 500 to have it repaired, and then a week later it was useless! Wow. I felt so ripped off. I called the company, but got very little response about it. I didn’t have the inclination or time to go to small claims court, but I probably should have. I don’t recommend these systems or this company. You can find something just as good at Home Depot or Lowe’s Hardware that will last for many, many years, at half the price or even less. My brother hasn’t had to replace his system at ALL, except of course for filters, and he’s had it since the 90’s! If I was able to do the installation myself, I’d certainly avoid Culligan and get a different RO system, with 3 canisters.
I am very disappointed in Culligan’s lack of integrity here, and also their lack of support for the systems they sell. It’s planned obsolescence, I suppose, but I think with their high prices they need to think again.

Patrick stopped by as a cold call and we were instantly sold with his attitude and demeanor alone. As far as a salesman goes, I’ve never felt more comfortable with a pitch not feeling like a pitch, especially with a cold call.
The product they offer seems to be high quality (we’ve had it installed for a couple weeks now) and serves its purpose perfectly. Also affordable compared to the competitors (trust me, I did the research on my phone while he was delivering the pitch).

We just moved into a new house and read about Culligan Water. We’ve been fans of filtering our own water at home for quite some time and the idea to install a water softer and filtration system for the whole house seems perfect for us.
We set up an appointment and met with the wonderful Rubi then next weekend. At first I felt kinda bad for having her over at our house on the weekend but she said we was passing through the neighborhood. So again that was perfect for us.
Rubi did the evaluation and gave us a spectacular deal to buy the system.
A week or so later we had the system installed and haven’t looked back since! The guys who installed it were on time and the whole deal was done in a very timely manner.
We are super happy with Culligan Water and would recommend it to anyone interested in getting a better water source for their home.

We were tired of bottled water service due to never getting quite what we needed or what we ordered; also all those plastic bottles were expensive, hard to store and even more difficult to lift.
Jud H. stopped in one day and he presented the ideal solution; a filtration system that delivered unlimited hot and cold water for a great price and low monthly fee. I was able to take advantage of a promotion for free installation and a price break for having our bill paid automatically every month.
The installation was exactly as promised and we’ve been enjoying delicious clean water since last fall. Everyone is drinking a lot more water now, and we couldn’t be happier with the conversion from bottled water to Culligan filtration.

Culligan water has helped me to love my drinking water. Their reverse osmosis under sink filtration system is amazing. The taste of the water is delicious. The system isn’t very big, I still have plenty of space under my sink for storage.
Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Derek came to my house to educate me on my drinking water choices and price plans (very affordable) He was prompt and professional.
I only waited 2 days for installation of the spout and filters. It was painless they tested my tap water my old diluted water and my Culligan filtered water. Wow, is what I have to say. The taste of the water is one way to acknowledge the difference but also numbers don’t lie. I had just under 300 contaminates and minerals in my old filtered water and just over 300 in my tap water. I now have 13 in my reverse osmosis Culligan water. Great improvement.
