We specialize in providing Sycamore, DeKalb and neighboring communities with the healthiest drink and food options in the area. These include vegan, gluten-​free, and organic options including fresh-​pressed vegetable and fruit juices with no added sweeteners, dairy-​free smoothies, teas, wraps made to order, salads, dairy-​free homemade soups, baked goods and more. We make all our drinks to order. We use the freshest ingredients in all our food and drinks. For something different, try one of our shots, to include wheatgrass, ginger, and our signature Grassroots shots. Our philosophy is to nourish the body with fresh, non-​processed, non-​preserved drinks and foods focusing on the healthiest of food groups– vegetables and fruits. We are committed to sourcing both organically and locally to the greatest extent possible. History

Established in 2014.

We established in July 2014 to fill a need in our local communities; namely, somewhere folks can go to buy freshly prepared drinks and food that are actually healthy. We are a locally owned and operated small business.
