Swizzles Frozen Yogurt

Has steadily become a Vinnin Sq. staple for me. Nothing like treating myself to a shake after getting some shopping in at Marshall’s. When they were recently out of my beloved carmel salted pretzel, I tried the coconut froyo with toppings of crushed walnut and fresh raspberries. It was super good.

The worst.
Walking into the place I noticed the floor was wet and smelled similar to how the mens rooms smell at Fenway Park. The first two fro yo levers I pulled produced liquid in my bowl. Toppings weren’t great.

Who complains about the location of the sign? The business has been open for a while and they seem to be doing fine! Friendly staff, good music, and great frozen yogurt!
They even made special accommodations for my child’s birthday party AND DECORATED FOR IT. I can’t tell you how great the customer service is. I will be returning in the near future.

Swizzles is the best yogurt shop I have been to!!! The staff is extremely helpful and nice! They told me that the yogurt is all natural. I also heard that when you buy a yogurt from Swizzles some of your money helps a kids in need. This made me really happy! Also the place is extremely clean! They have signs about catering and birthday parties which is great! I want my kids to have a party there! They are very good about if you have allergies. My son has a peanut allergy and they take the toppings from the back. They are now half candy shop also. They also make delicious pies and they have pints of yogurt for 3.99. Really!!! That is a great deal! Candy bars are .69! Yumm! I can’t say anything bad about this place! I would recommend to anyone who has kids, on a diet, or a health nut or just anyone in general. I hope this helps!

I am a regular at this swizzles location and I am usually very please with my experience, however my past two visits have been horrible. Swizzles really needs to rethink their staffing! A young woman was rude and not helpful to say the least! I hate feeling like I am bothering someone by being in an establishment and that is exactly how I felt! I will rethink future visits!

Pretty good place. They have a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from. The staff is friendly and willing to help or offer suggestions if needed. Some of the toppings, however, were a bit stale (my gummy bears were tough and hard to chew). I would try them again, but would opt out of the gummy bears.

I love this place! Very similar to those other fro-​yo places in the area. They have a great selection of flavors and rotate them out often. The reason I’m giving it five starts is because they have pre maid pints to-​go which are only $ 3.99 and that’s a great deal! They also have normal size cups unlike orange leaf which requires you to take a bucket before filling up. Convenient location right in Vinnin Square too.

This is a fun place. The frozen yogurt flavors are really good. They offer tasting cups for you to try them out before you fill up your desert cup or cone. They have an excellent assortment of toppings.
The place is clean and neat, and the staff is friendly. The self-​serve concept is a real novelty. Check it out!

Wow, this place is terrible!!!
From the choice of location where the sign is barely visible from most angles as it is set back behind Petco sign entrance, to the décor that is, while attempting to be fun, is cheap and poorly executed, to the yogurt that tastes artificial, over sweetened and just awful, to the toppings station that are flimsy, unorganized, messy, and empty bins, to even, sorry kids, the staff that lacks product and pos system knowledge. It’s all just bad, bad, bad.
I haven’t been to any of the other Swizzle locations, and surely don’t plan on it, but with all of the frozen yogurt franchises like Pinkberry, Orange Leaf, FroYo and many more out there doing at least an admirable job, this place is totally unacceptable. Look around you and see other places like Five Guys and Chipotle doing it well. Heck, I even had to add this business to Unilocal — that alone says enough! Get it together ownership/​management.
Only one star because I have to!
