Food is what you expect. Service is sometimes slow

Never got to eat here. I know they close at 2am, but I got there at 1:50 and was ignored in the drive through. Guess they were more worried about going home than doing their job.

I was craving tacos. Taco bell was close and open. It was delicious and the tacos were stuffed with lettuce cheese. They looked way better than normal. And the guy was so nice at the drive thru. Great experience.

I don’t recommend this location, its on my way home from work so i stop here from time to time in the morning to be disappointed there is never anyone at the register and when you get there attention they aren’t apologetic or anything its more like they are bothered with dealing with me. The cash register is never open in the morning either so they take your order and punch it in to the drive through register and come back with a total then disappear with your card. I’m going to drive the extra few miles out of my way to go to any other taco bell from now on.

slowest drive thru ever!!! we were sitting there for 30 minutes to get our order, on top of that they asked how many packets of sauce we wanted, I said a handful and they actually requested an actual amount… srsly??? this Taco Bell sucks!!!

I don’t understand why it takes this location so long to get our food ready. For the past 4 or 5 times, it has taken them an average of 17 minutes to get my food with 3 or 4 cars in front of me. This is completely rediculous and they never care to offer an apology or explanation as to why it took so long.

I was appalled at thier«franchise» pricing. Grilled stuffed nacho 2.49? Really? Thats the price of two at a normal taco bell. I would rather drive a mile farther to another location. I love taco bell but i refuse to be cheated. This location has lost my business thats for sure.

The line at the drive thru took an unacceptably long time, even after dinner time. Our food was ready right when we got to the window, and we took the food home. After the 10 minute drive, we got home and took the food out of the bag, to realize that the order was wrong. We ordered something rather expensive, because it included chicken, and it wasn’t correct, so we were ridiculously overcharged. We’ve never had a problem with other Taco Bells getting this order correct. Not happy with this certain Taco Bell.

First, I was impressed to see a perfect score on the health inspection. Then they got my order right. And the tacos had so much food in them, I could barely keep them closed. This is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Can’t give any Taco Bell less than 4 stars, right?! Cheap, good tasting food on the go? YESPLEASE!

I have eaten at this Taco Bell for years and when the new Cantina menu came out I was excited. Something healthy and large enough to fill me up. Well the Cantina Burrito was very big at first but the last two times I ordered it is was smaller than a burrito supreme. I am completely disappointed and for $ 6.00 it is not worth it. I am wondering if it was a corporate decision or just the decision of this particular Taco Bell to bait and switch their customers with the Cantina Items. I am scared to find out.

A chucking burrito and two hard tacos $ 7.99 + tax Fucking crazy? I’d rather get a meal somewhere else . No but no thanks . No issues with service, just pissed for getting ripped off.

Ugh, waited 35 minutes for regular tacos and burritos. Yep that’s 35 minutes at a fast food place. No apology, no free cinnamon twists or free drinks to somewhat show remorse. Manager didn’t even show up until people began asking for a refund. She then snapped back angrily, «we are short staffed!» The workers were very nice though, just incompetent manager.

Taco Bell Well what else could I really say? They offer fast service and differentiate themselves from most fast food chains by offering tacos, burritos, and other tex-mex fare… I have had a good experience at this location and have never been held up in the drive-thru.

I’m at the pizza hut I’m at the taco bell I’m at the combination pizza hut and taco bell And just like those song lyrics this place this is not a very inspiring place but it is actually a combination pizza hut and taco bell. There is not a whole lot to say about this is place. They have the full Taco Bell menu and for the pizza hut side they have a couple different personal pizzas. I do like the extra options and the pizza is not bad and have found myself here many times when I don’t want to go far for food. With that being said, they are the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been at ! This taco bell’s lethargic service well offsets the benefits provided by its close proximity . The big question is will I return? And the answer is probably because I’m lazy and sometimes I just don’t care about the wait.

My sisters and I had our hearts set on Chipotle, but since we were in a hurry on our way to the Korean Festival(couldn’t miss the Talent Show!) at Suwanee Town Center Park, we had to grab a quick lunch on the way. It was a little after 3 pm on a Sunday when we arrived to go through the drive-thru. This restaurant is actually a «Taco Hut» — Taco Bell plus Pizza Hut Express, so you can get tacos and pizza if your heart desires both. Although both of my sisters briefly considered getting personal pan pizzas, they quickly changed their minds after seeing the wide variety of menu items for Taco Bell. It felt like it had been quite some time since I’d had Taco Bell, so I was excited. I ordered a Combo #9 — Crunchwrap Supreme, Crunchy Taco, and a large Diet Pepsi($ 4.79). My sisters also ordered combos as well as a Cheesy Rollup and Cheesy Nachos. The employee handed us our drinks one by one(no to-go cupholder), and thankfully my younger sister tried her Pepsi right away. She said it tasted super watered down, like club soda. I took a sip of my Diet Pepsi, which turned out to taste similar. My other sister’s Sierra Mist was good. After being told that we would have to choose different drinks, my sister chose Sierra Mist(knowing it was fine) and I reluctantly chose the Dr. Pepper. There were no other diet drinks left for me to choose. ARGH. At least the Dr. Pepper tasted fine. We had ordered a ton of food, but we were handed just one small bag. While we were waiting for our second choices of drinks, my sister dug through the bag to ensure we got everything. It wasn’t a surprise that we didn’t. We were missing the Cheesy Rollup, so we told the employee. At least they were able to get one fairly quickly. After sitting by the drive-thru window for what felt like ten minutes or so, were were finally on our way to the Korean Festival. Thankfully, our food tasted fine and they gave us WAY more than enough packets of sauce(Mild, Hot, and Fire). My sister, Yoomee H., is a fan of the Cheesy Rollup, which is basically just a small flour tortilla filled with a bit of melted cheese and rolled up. To me, it tasted so plain and you can totally make it better at home. It’s only 89 cents for one, but it’s small and can barely even be called a snack. Overall, this Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Express gets 2.5 stars for their acceptable Taco Bell food. I would normally give Taco Bell at least 3 stars, but I had to deduct ½ a star for the fact that their fountain machine was obviously not maintained and the drive-thru was inefficient. I may return if I’m passing by and craving Taco Bell or Pizza Hut, but it probably won’t be my first choice of fast food if I’m in Suwanee. [Review 297 of 366]
