My experience was okay from beginning to end. I came in around 3 pm and business was slow-​there were another 2 – 3 clients in there. I waited for ¾ mins before someone approached me. I came in wanting a pedicure and manicure. I was very disappointed that they do one thing at a time, meaning they did my manicure first then moved me over to the pedicure chairs. Im used to getting both worked on while sitting on the pedicure chairs-​so definitely disappointing it was one thing at a time.
The whole experience took 2 hours! That is a long time in my book. One of the ladies working here had her daughter with her and while I love love kids (I have two at home) this little girl talked the whole entire time. I came here to relax and enjoy some quiet mommy time but it was probably the mom in me I slept through all her stories. Just wish there would be some quiet time, you know?
My manicure I would rate a ⁷⁄₁₀ sub par. Some of my nails had sloppy sides but with it already taking so long I didn’t want to correct them, so I just dealt with it.
My pedicure was amazing so relaxing I opted for their rejuvenate pedicure at $ 28 for callus remover and sugar scrub!
I am on the hunt and onto the next to find a better nail salon!

I went to this location due to the fact that it had 5 stars.
Worst experience ever.
My acrylic nails were put on crooked and I had to mention it to the gentleman multiple times.
My pedicure was very sloppy as well, there was remaining nail polish on my toes.
Although they were extremely sweet and understanding, I personally wouldn’t go back.
Their prices are a little cheaper than other locations but I’d rather pay a little more for better work.

Love! Love! Love! I went there to get a full set without a appointment. They were very friendly and even after they got busy they took their time. I will never go to a different nail salon. They were a few dollars cheaper than most places but did 100 times better than any other place I’ve been to here in surprise. The place was clean and I love my nails! Exactly what I asked for. They didn’t try to get me to do any special add on or anything like most salons pressure you about. Most definitely recommended!

I don’t know why this place has 5 stars. That was the worst pedicure I received. Sure it’s cheap but I’d rather pay a few dollars more for a quality service. My nails are uneven, the polish isn’t smooth and he left polish on my skin. I will never go back. The only decent part was the warm sugar scrub massage

This was my first experience with Super Nails and I definitely plan on coming back. The basic, $ 18 pedicure was thorough and included warm lotion and hot stone massage.

Came here after reading the reviews! And they were definitely spot on! Thank you so much ladies for the awesome mani! I went for a Halloween themes, showed them what I wanted and away we went! It came out perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech. The salon is very clean, and welcoming. If they can’t do what you want, they will definitely pass you to someone who can. That I like! They won’t do a design they are uncomfortable with. Which means they do quality work over trying to pass it off as something else. I can’t rave about this nail salon enough!

All pedicures include a warm lotion massage, hot stone massage, and hot towel legs wrap. The callous removal actually removes your callouses rather than the typical superficial scrub you get at other salons.

What a friendly salon! Everything was super clean from the chairs to the tools to the salon and my technician did a wonderful job! I had the coconut pedicure and it smelled and felt like I was on a tropical vacation. Will definitely be coming back.

I just moved to this area and went to Unilocal to read reviews of local nail salons. As this salon was near me and highly rated I decided to give it a try and I am very glad I did. Very clean salon with a very nice and professional staff. I am very satisfied with both my manicure and pedicure and will be returning.

After getting a ton of reviews for different nail salons in Surprise I decided to try Super Nails. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. When I asked to see a price list I was given one and then the owner went over the cost of what I wanted. He then offered a way to make it a bit cheaper with a different pedicure package. An did my pedi and my manicure, even though it was the basic he did not rush. I asked for gel on both toes and fingers, both of which look amazing. I asked for French on my nails and the lines are even and my two nails that were a bit shorter look almost the same length because of the way the tips were done. The environment was what I appreciated… this is a family business, it is quiet, no one is yelling for someone to do something. They all talk in quiet calm voices and they treat each other as family. It is a very warm environment. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time here, chosen because of the other reviews. Everything was clean and very professional with friendly staff. I really liked that they don’t cut in deeply at the toenail corners like some other salons do. With the basic pedicure, you get warmed lotion and hot stone massage and a hot towel wrap. Heavenly! I’ll definitely be coming back here for my pedicures.

New to Surprise and always hesitant about trying a new nail salon, but I went off of previous reviews and I’m so glad I did! The pedicure I received was top notch. The tech who did my nails was friendly and paid attention to detail. He spent over an hour pampering my feet and now my feet and toenails look amazing!
There were a variety of pedicures, starting at $ 15 going up to about $ 40. Pretty typical prices but not your typical pedicure or staff!

Very very very clean business with personable staff!!! Extremely reasonable pricing with many different pedicures! My girlfriend and I will be back!!! Great ambience with very chill and relaxing music! These pedicures make you want to become a better person or run a marathon!!! I this place!!! Please check this out. Also a local business!!!

Great place for a Manicure and Pedicure! $ 15 pedicure! They employees are very nice and it’s CLEAN! Thank goodness! I’ll be coming back again! My daughter enjoy this place as well!

Good experience. Nice quality work and for $ 15 an express pedicure. lowest prices I’ve found in Surprise yet was not disappointed at all. I have been spending almost double at another place on the list but every time i go there they pass me off from tech to tech even though they all know i tip well and rarely complain. I was a walk-​in appointment and didn’t have a scheduled appointment but they took me anyways. Superb family oriented and family run nail salon. Nicole is the best and most friendly technician. I recommend her and I found my new nail salon in the West Valley. For a fill with gel it was $ 32.00. Pretty cheap to where I was going. Got an appointment and I’m going to keep going back to her.

Once you’ve been to one nail salon, you’ve been to them all, right? Wrong. Super Nails and Spa has quickly soared to the top of the ranks and has actually encouraged me to get regular mani/​pedis.
Previously known as Jimmy Nails, Super Nails and Spa is under new management. I met the new owner, she works there, and tended to my grandma’s manicure and pedicure.
Ambiance:
–What the nail salon lacks in ambiance (not much paint/​decoration), it makes up in skill, attention to detail and care for their patrons.
–low, relaxing music (Christian radio station) playing over the speakers
–comfortable pedicure chairs, look brand new
Cleanliness:
–here’s where a lot of people will be excited: this spa is the cleanest, most sanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to.
–pedicure tubs have plastic liners, no extra charge like at some salons
–nail tech wears gloves during pedicure
–pedicure nail tools are sterilized in individual pouches
Staff:
–unlike other nail salons I’ve been to, it’s apparent their primary concern is the patron in front of them. The bilingual chatter is kept to a minimum, and the nail techs converse and joke in a genuine way with their clientele.
–the owner, who did my grandma’s mani/​pedi, was very adept at her skill and never once nicked my grandma’s fragile aging skin. She also did my grandma’s manicure there in the pedicure chair so she wouldn’t have to get up (my grandma’s mobility has severely decreased recently).
Quality:
–my grandma’s natural nails have never looked so good! She was so impressed, she can’t wait to go back.
–I had my eyebrows waxed here and am very pleased with the results.
Cost:
–a basic mani/​pedi cost $ 28 before tip, a deal in my opinion for the quality received. Of course, there are add-​ons and up-​charges, but the price list I grabbed on the way out all seemed very reasonable.
As I said before, this place has encouraged me to get regular mani/​pedis: not only are the affordable, but their staff is friendly, efficient and take pride in what they do.
