We are poutine lovers trying to bring the «True North» Canadian poutine to a new audience in the Southwest by adding our own little kick and flare to signature Poutine dishes.

History

Established in 2015.

While sitting in a little pub with our Canadian friends, in Banff, Canada, we tried the most delicious pub food-​Poutine. It was a basket, over-​flowing with crispy, golden french fries, a tasty brown gravy, and super, yummy cheese curds– that squeak when you eat them!

What is this?! I asked as I shoveled more and more into my mouth. My friends explained that Poutine means «mess» in French and was made famous in Quebec. It is a traditional Canadian food.

«Why don’t we have this in America? We have got to bring this heavenly goodness to the United States!» I told my husband. «We have got to have this!» I declared as I asked the waitress for a second order.

And, so, Poutine, US ‘Eh? was born.

Our goal is to bring the «True North» Canadian poutine to a new audience in the Southwest.

Business Owner

Stacy is from Sunny southern California and is now rooted in the beautiful Arizona desert just west of Phoenix where she has become ingrained within her community. She is the mother of 5 and grandmother of 3 beautiful grand babies and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about connecting with people in her community and has created a way to do so through bringing true North Canadian Poutine to the southwest. When she isn’t busy with crafting delicious new signature styles of poutine, she spends her time with her husband down in southern California at their beach home.
